Good news - I've got you covered in my best-selling Ultimate Bundle™.
The Bundle gives you 10+ DIY Legal Templates — plug & play legal contracts and website policies you can fill out (w/ my guidance on video!) and send to clients, pop into your courses & up on your website to protect yourself and your biz.
In the Ultimate Bundle™, you also get over 35 on-demand video trainings where I teach you what to do if clients don't pay, how to form an LLC, get an EIN, business insurance & so much more.
Along the way: I teach you my best attorney tips on how to prevent stuff like this from happening in the first place.
See, when I created the Ultimate Bundle™, I really wanted it to be that business BFF that was sitting next to you anytime you have a legal question. That's why the Ultimate Bundle isn't a course. It's a pack of downloadable legal templates and trainings that are there when you need it (like your childhood BFF).
In this week's "how I built this" style episode of my pod, On Your Terms, I’m sharing the backstory behind my signature product, the Ultimate Bundle™! I want you to experience it from the perspective of someone who's passionately tinkered and perfected this product until it’s the best it can be.
You’ll also hear me dive into all the details of the Ultimate Bundle™ itself because it's on SALE, including:

Congratulations: Your Business, LLC has just made a sale! 🤩
Time to go shopping—right? Hold up! That money actually belongs to your business, not to you.
So how do you get paid? And how do you do it in a legally legit™ way? That’s what I'm talking about in this week's podcast episode!
I’m sharing how I paid myself in the beginning, the step-by-step process I recommend for setting yourself a financial cushion, and how to get to a place where you can pay yourself consistently.
Listen to episode 58 to hear more about:
1️⃣ How I started my business and handled money early on
2️⃣ How I paid myself when I started
3️⃣ Making an owner’s draw (actually paying yourself)
4️⃣ Being responsible with money

IMPORTANT REMINDER: The money your business makes isn’t your personal income.

Yep, that’s right. When you hear people bragging on IG that they’re millionaires because their biz made a million dollars in revenue…. They’re not millionaires. (Or at least that’s not why)

And even more importantly, that means that your self-worth doesn't need to be tied up in your revenue either. Your business is a separate entity from you as a human.
In today's @onyourtermspodcast episode, I’m going to share how I paid myself in the beginning, the step-by-step process I recommend for setting yourself a financial cushion, and how to get to a place where you can pay yourself consistently.

⚠️ You may not be doing business legally. Okay, sorry to alarm you, but it is my "thing" to help you out and make sure all your legal ducks are in a row! 🦆
Here's the scoop 👉🏼 if you don't have a d/b/a, you probably aren't up to snuff.
This clip from my most recent episode illustrates exactly WHAT and WHY you need a d/b/a. DBA stands for “doing business as,” and it essentially allows you to operate your business under a different name than you registered it under.
Even if you just don’t want to have to put “LLC” at the end of your business name every time you say it, that’s a reason for a d/b/a. ⚖️
Tune into Episode 52 of On Your Terms Podcast to listen to the rest of the episode. You'll also hear all about:
✔️ How do I know if I need a d/b/a?
✔️ how is it different from registration?
✔️ How do I get a d/b/a?

You’ve probably heard me gush about Uplevel with Asana before, and there’s a good reason for that: I credit that course with kicking off my business to the level it is today.
But after being in Louise's community for awhile, I learned more and more about Louise's "why." It made me go from a consumer of her content to a loyal fan of Louise. This is why it's always so important to share your why — to connect and relate with your audience.
I encourage you to watch this whole clip about why Louise built her online business and how she's planning on making a larger impact. It's inspiring, moving and will definitely help you reflect on your why!
