Sometimes when things happen you realize it's for a reason. Dedicating the majority of our time pushing for legislation has been exhausting. In these situations it's important to step back. Step back to re-evaluate connections and to really look at the bigger picture. With change comes growth and for some change brings out the worst. The first job we faced as a team is finished. Now we all sit in this moment of uncertainty but as we all know it's time to transition. Change is a beautiful thing and allows us to broaden our purpose into something new. We realize this is that time.

Tate just regulate

Governor Tate once again believing he is qualified to establish what is and what isn't medical. There are a lot of facts I can argue easily as a patient along with many others I've watched throughout my journey. I will never stop fighting for those who can't fight for themselves, nobody should suffer bc legislators feel they're more qualified than doctors. Yes...I said doctors as I'm nobody so I make a point to talk to people smarter than me. My credentials aren't enough to impress anyone but my knowledge is enough to work with people with credentials. I would love nothing more than to put actual doctors in front of him, that have done the research. It's an insult to science to believe politics overrides substantial information.

I'm just going to point out that all of my board privileges were removed with no vote. Admin privileges were voted to be a board member responsibility. When I asked for a meeting or reinstatement until said meeting. I was told no and that they were turning their notifications off.

No responses, accountability, or people standing up for rights I had that they had voted for saying I had. The board voted I had a right to admin the page. They watched or turned off their notifications so they didn't have to watch him do this to me.

I'm not his first victim, but I'm trying to be the last. I've done nothing but fight for cannabis for 3 years. MCNN has been getting dreamed up for a long time. And other board members were invited on different shows to talk about their work, activism, and patient stories. Some weeks ago. As well as other legistislators and anyone else wanting to help break the stigma of cannabis.

74 is about our ballot Initiative process. Not just cannabis. But I'm a cannabis activist by trade. That's what I do.

So no matter what the problem was you can't strip a board member of rights, saying they are breaking by-laws we don't even have, and then make me look like the bad guy for standing up for myself. That's why I'm here. To fight for the right thing.

People deserve a vote. The board I have worked with for months deserved a vote about all of it. You are trying to say votes happened that never happened. Just lies.

Just like the MS Supreme Court said our vote didn't matter. 74% of votes didn't matter. You just made it very clear that your organization does not honor the vote of the Advisory Board.

That only what you decide and do matters. How you want to treat people. I will not tell people to put their trust and money into this organization while I get treated like this behind closed doors.
