In a table drilling machine, I was often annoyed by the worktop, which limited the drilling of larger parts and the continuous height adjustment. In order to eliminate this problem, I bulit a table with an electrically adjustable worktop and bulit a cooling system during drilling.

Homemade Mini Dumper
I used the materials I had in the workshop to build the wheelbarrow. I bought a used hydrostatic gearbox and a motor, the steering axle is removed from a damaged wheelchair. The transmission comes from lawn
mower tractor, and in my opinion it is the best base for building such a vehicle, it does not need a clutch, has a differential and a brake, everything results in much simpler construction. The engine also comes from a smaller mower only, it is a model honda gxv 140, it is sufficient to drive wheelbarrows, it does not lack power in different conditions. The construction was not without the problems and mistakes I made. The biggest mistake was the permanent welding of the steering axle, which made it completely impossible to drive on uneven terrain, every hole into which the rear wheel fell caused the front wheel to break away from the ground, because the box has a differential wheelbarrow stopped driving, I corrected the mistake by screwing the steering axle to the rear wheel hub from the Ford mondeo as you can see in the video. He's satisfied with the final result, but he's still not satisfied because I didn't make the automatic subversion that I had planned.

Homemade Magnetic Drill
This is the second magnetic drill I've built. In this project, I used three magnetic door lock to build electromagnet. Each magnetic door lock has a maximum pull of 180kg, giving o total of 540kg. I used a laptop power supply, I also tried to connect the magnetic door lock to a 12v 3A power supply, but on this power supply to heat up. The electromagnet is really strong, strong to drill in any position without worrying about the drill falling.
In this project i also decided to build another feed mechanism, which is much more stable and no backlash

Making Machine for cutting steel
The machine cuts steel very quickly, the cutting is precise. A circular saw for cutting metal has a torsion arm, so we can cut metal elements at any angle. The vice improves the rigidity of the assembled parts, and the design can be improved so that the vice is also adjustable. I built a vise in the previous video. The whole structure is mobile and easy to carry. Disc diameter 355 mm, discs can be sharpened, 1.5kw motor, pulley ratio 1: 1. Design inspired by Made in Poland channel design, after watching the movie, I couldn't help but make a similar project

Track makes cutting metal very easy is accurate and fast. The machine is equipped with two strong electromagnets so that the cut piece is stable and does not move during cutting. I used an old screwdriver 12v I found on the scrap metal. To power the screwdriver and electromagnets I used a 12v 16A dual channel power supply, and a speed controller to control the screwdriver's rotation. Thanks to the adjustable length, we can adjust the machine's distance to the size of the piece to be cut.

This is my first lathe, it is fully operational, no play, the bed is in very good condition. The lathe is almost 70 years old, so it already looked very bad, the previous owner took care of the machine so I did not have to replace the bearings, or correct the geometry of the machine components.

Homemade Hydraulic Vise
Thanks to the use of hydraulic cylinder the vice is very and strong, the work is much faster and more comfortable. I powered the vise with a hydraulic pump driven by compressed air.

Making Chain Saw to steel cutting
I used a 2.5HP chainsaw. The saw, despite its low power, copes well with cutting steel, and thanks to its mobility, we can cut wherever there is a limitation with access to electricity. To reduce the spindle rotation, I used gears with a diameter of 40 mm and 55 mm. The maximum disc diameter that can be used is 305mm

Dumper 500cc Part2/2 (hydraulic tipper)
Before the last video, I built a dumper, i decided to expand the previous mini dumper project into power hydraulics. I used a universal hydraulic pump for agricultural machinery about efficiency 10L, and a double acting hydraulic cylinder with a piston rod stroke of 300mm. I connected everything with a one section hydraulic distributor with the possibility of extension. Everything works very well, the engine hardly feels any additional load when driving the pump. Hydraulic lifting of the box works even with very high loads, and it would certainly work with loads much heavier than it is able to transport the vehicle.

Homemade Electric Workshop Crane
The crane is very versatile and has many construction settings to make work easier. I decided to use an electric winch with a lifting capacity of 3000LBS/1360kg as a drive. Thanks to the wireless remote control attached to the winch, the crane can be conveniently controlled from various distances. To power the crane I used three 12v 18AH AGM batteries each, which I connected in parallel.

Making Rotary Welding Table
The rotary table is powered by an electric motor from the mobility scooter, the tilt of the table is driven by the wiper motor from the Audi A8 B4. I powered the engines with a 24v / 12v 16.7A two channel power supply, I used a 40A voltage regulator to set the rotation speed of the table top. The table top has a diameter of 800 mm and a thickness of 8 mm, thanks to which the table's capabilities are very large, the table can be used as a welding positioner, as an assembly table or a plasma cutting table, Repair work can be done on the table, and thanks to the electrically adjustable table top, the work is less strenuous.

Homemade Metal Band Saw
The Metal Band saw works very well, cutting is fast and precise, you can cut at any angle. I also planned to do a tape cooling system but ran out of time, but despite the lack of cooling the tape does not heat up and the cutting tape does not dull. To build the band saw I used a vice that I built in one of my earlier videos.

Making 200cc mobile pressure washer
I decided to build a completely mobile washer that would be powered by an internal combustion engine and would have tanks, so I would not have to connect the water supply every time.
The washer turned out to be a very mobile machine, I washed two heavily soiled cars on one tank, including a large one, and about 1/4 of the water tank remained. The pressure washer is powerful and can be regulated by the speed of the internal combustion engine
I used biodegradable cleaners for washing the car, it does not harm the environment and plants

Making Dumper Truck

The hydrostatic transmission came from a lawn mower. I built a machine for grinding / milling stump. I made a 350mm disc, and to drive the shield used gas power engine 420cc 15HP. I reduced the rotation on the disc. I reduced the rotation on the disk with teeth by using 120mm pulleys on the disc, 80mm pulley for the engine. In order for the machine to be safe, I made covers of thick sheets, brakes and an emergency switch that immediately turns off the machine.
The machine does a great job, the disk rotation is not too high or too low, easy to maneuver even in difficult terrain.

Making Gas Powered Hydraulic Power Pack
I have many build projects planned, in which a hydraulic cylinder will work, to simplify the construction of such projects in the future, I decided to build a mobile hydraulic power unit, which will power all hydraulic machines. Gasoline hydraulic power unit is more designed for outdoor use and that's what I built it for, it can also work in well-ventilated rooms.
I used a gasoline engine with the power declared by the manufacturer of 7.5 hp (although I have doubts whether the engine really has such power) and I used a hydraulic pump with a flow of 6L.

Making Electric Scissor Lift Table
Although I made a mobile crane in one of my previous projects, I still needed something more mobile and handy. That's why I decided to build a scissor lift table. I decided to use an electric winch to make lifting the table quite fast. The electric scissor lift table is not designed to carry heavy loads, but a weight of up to 150 kg is no obstacle for this scissor lift. And for heavier loads, I use a crane that I made on one of my previous projects.

I had planned a pipe bender a long time ago, until the moment came when I decided to build such a machine. There was a lot of work, especially in the process of creating wheels for bending and slides, I managed to make four pairs of wheels and slides for 22mm, 25mm, 28mm, 32mm pipes, but I'm in the process of working on the fifth wheel and slide set, for bending a 35mm pipe. I wanted the machine to have its own hydraulic power supply, so I decided to install a 1.1KW 1400rpm motor, combined the motor with a 6l / min / 4cm3 hydraulic pump. The maximum pressure of the set is 140bar, this pressure is sufficient to efficiently power a hydraulic cylinder with a piston rod diameter of 28mm and an extension of 350mm. The pipe bender easily bends pipes with a diameter of 32mm with thick walls, and the efficient bending of pipes with such parameters prompted me to build wheels and slides for thicker pipes. As for the protractor, I used a protractor, which is quite accurate in the school supply store :)

The machine is very helpful in making the widening of steel wheels, for the drive I used an electric motor with a gear, the engine speed was additionally reduced so that it was possible to weld not only with the mig method but also with the tig method. With such a widening of the wheels, work must be done very carefully, without haste, weld with high current to perform remelting. The wheel that I widened is much harder to widen than the regular wheel, but thanks to the rollers, I managed to make this wheel perfectly, the rollers help to center and align the wheel axis

Making Trencher 15hp
To build a trencher i used a 420cc 15hp petrol engine. I connected a two-section hydraulic pump 22cm3/8cm3 to the engine, the pump section with a capacity of 22cm3 connected to a hydraulic motor driving the digging chain and soil removal augers, I connected the section with a capacity of 8cm3 to the excavator drive and the hydraulic cylinder. To set the speed of the excavator drive and the speed of the hydraulic cylinder, I used an oil flow regulator, Thanks to this, I can smoothly adjust the driving speed and the speed of lowering the arm when digging in the ground. The maximum digging depth is 105cm/41inch.

Making Tipper Trailer with independent Power Hydraulics 12v
I used a 12v hydraulic power supply that comes from a tail lift from a small van, The power supply has a built-in section divider, which makes it easy to install. To control the power supply I used a relay and a 12v winch pilot and receiver, and a 12v 20ah gel battery.
The hydraulic trailer can be attached to any vehicle, mower tractor, quad and car. Dump trailer the maximum weight it lifts is about 400 kg, limited by the strength of the wheels, if not for the wheels, it would be possible to easily transport and unload larger loads
