DownBeat Magazine published a review of by J.D. Considine in the May 2022 issue. It was also in their"Hot Box" so was reviewed by sever other writers there. As short as the cycle of a "new" recording is these days this music is still very much alive. The with Chet Doxas and Vinnie Sperrazza and Michael Formanek has been playing a lot of gigs and continue to develop this music and grow as a group. If you have not yet heard the music, or have heard it but haven't gotten a copy of the recording please consider doing so. Thank you!
