I'm happy with how they came out and even more happy that the client was thrilled with the result.

I'm so happy to say that I now have my certificate for QQI Level 5 in Multimedia Production. I received this award last Thursday but I forgot to post since I've been busy. 😅

A hard year paid off with this certificate as I worked through the several modules:

Digital Movie Processing
Communications
Multimedia Project Development
Image Processing
Design Skills
Media Analysis
Multimedia Authoring
Work Experience
Digital Marketing
Web Authoring

I got to tap into so many areas and learn a lot from that year and I will hopefully carry that knowledge for years to come.

I forgot to mention but during Monday the second years in the Creative Digital Media course at Cavan Institute filmed a part of our project for our Digital Video Processing and Production class. It was great learning the set up for a green screen with all of the lighting. 🎥

The two pictures were taken at the beginning of the set up. The second one was taken by Eva Geraghty Media as a surprise photo. 📸

Hi there everyone! Here's a picture I took of an insect on a flower in my backyard. It looked too thin to be a bee so I tried looking it up and the closest I got was a wasp. Does anyone know what it is? Is it a type of bee, wasp or anything else?

Also, sorry for the soft effect of the photo, the little critter wasn't there for long so I had to take a quick few shots. I can check to see if I have another photo and upload it later.

Can you name this flower? I've been discussing it with a few people and no one is 100% sure. 🤔

Edit: I thought at first that it was a bluebell. I asked a few people near me for verification and they weren't sure, giving other possibilities. I just assume now that it was because the flower wasn't drooping as much as the bells usually do. But please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. 😊
