Exciting news from Colorado over night - Te Ara (The Path) picked up Best Adventure Short at Boulder International Film Festival. Te Ara has definitely found its place on the mountain film festival circuit but even better to premier at a general film festival and receive this award :) And best of all, director Alexis Smith was there to receive it. Happy days and much credit to the whole small but perfectly formed team.

Here's some super exciting news - Te Ara (The Path), our little web series/doco about two extraordinary mountain women has just been announced as a finalist at Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival. What a great follow up to the People's Choice Award it received from the New Zealand Mountain Film Festival!
It was made with a lot of love by a lot of people. Congratulations Lydia Bradey, Holly Beckham, Alexis Smith, Pedro Pimentel, Spencer Stoner, Kerri Roggio, Nathalie Hay and many others

Holly Beckham is on a mission, to be the first Maori wahine to scale Everest. Lydia Bradey ONZM, the first woman to summit Chomolungma without oxygen, will be her mentor – and after many years of being a mountain guide, this will be her swansong. This is a story of two powerful women who have both...

MS. INFORMATION IS COMING and we're excited to bring it to a New Zealand audience in just ONE WEEK at Whānau Mārama New Zealand International Film Festival.

Love her or hate her Dr. Siouxsie Wiles is an uncompromising force and Ms. Information captures the extremes of response to her in the most divisive of times.

I salute director Gwen Isaac. This film has taken grit and care in equal measures and she's crafted a deeply revealing and uneasy cinematic documentary.

New Zealand Premiere - Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland - 5.45pm Sunday 23rd July and many other screenings throughout the country.
