This is only to answer viewers’ question as to why ArkAngel Team picked Dyrroth during last MPL PH qualifiers.

The main reason is to counter melee, assassin and high-sustain heroes such as Thamuz. With Dyrroth’s Spectre Step skill, it can reduce physical defense of enemy hero by 50% within 4 seconds. And with Abyss Enhanced, 90% slow plus greatly reduces 75% physical defense within 4 seconds. Think about that 4 seconds where Dyrroth can skill Burst Strike and Abysm Strike.
Partnering this with heroes which can set such as Atlas is also a good one.

It doesn’t mean that if a hero is out of meta, it can’t be used. NO. Any heroes can be used - it only depends how the team practices and executes in order to win the game.

Remember, we can get ideas from any region but Filipinos can create their own meta, too.✌🏻🇵🇭
