THERE IS A NEW CAPTAIN IN MOUNT INVESTMENTS

The Executive Board of Mount Investments drops a bomb shell as it announces the new chairman. This follows the decisions that was made on Friday night to fire the acting chairman Mr Melusi Zulu. Zulu was appointed as the acting chairman a month ago when the longest serving chairman of Mount Investments Mr Siphamandla Zondo resigned with immediate effect.

The spokesperson of Mount Investments spoke to the TSBMP and said " yesterday we received an invite of the urgent meeting from the secretary. So we met today and decided to elect the new chairman who will lead us as we are heading to the December elective conference."

Mr Thobani Xulu was elected as the new chairman and his work began right after being elected. Mr Xulu joined Mount Investments at the age of 16 years in 2014, he has served as the Deputy Secretary. In 2017 he served as the head of communications and later that year he was appointed as the director of financial affairs. Havoc rose earlier in 2018 when he was suspended from his duties as he was suspected of corruption but his name was later cleared.
