It takes time to learn from our past. You have to give permission to yourself & be present, in a safe space with yourself to face it, talk it through or journal it. Then give yourself forgiveness & grace, then ask the universe to take it from you so you can forgive others involved & yourself. I am working hard on this right now & following through with the assistance of a counselor so I don't over think it all the time or condem myself.

Trust that even the perfect are flawed. We wouldn't learn the toughest of lessons without them.

Be kind to yourself. There is only one of you & that is really special.

Lordy Lordy, over 2 years ago I was preparing to launch a podcast. Then life happened, as it does for all of us & the needs of others outweighed the wants I had for myself.

Things have changed so much that I am back to preparing the goal of getting the podcast up & running. It's one of my tippy top goals.

It will still take some time since I am in the process of unpacking my life from our 2nd move in the last two years. But I'm happy to report we are home, blessed & what is behind us only brought us strength.

The story must go on. Unpacking will bring us lots to talk about & share with each other.

I am looking forward to this next chapter & even more excited to share it with you.
