We worked our butts off to built a solid base last week. This week we had some extra help (but forgot the small ladder) and built the shed to store all of the stuff that we will use to build the rest of the property. A cold breeze all day was a reminder that winter is coming and comes early on the mountain. We had some trouble with roof and that’s how it goes with a second hand shed with no directions….lesson learned.

During lockdown, we took advantage of some warmer days & finished off our backyard farm by insttalling fence posts and a farm fance, added a stone bed up against the house, removed a nightmare of a shrub, moved our shed to make more room in our yard and finished off the project with a new cedar planter made of some left over fence.
