Justice for Jacob - we will never stop no matter what New Mexico Department of Justice says. We will keep going until there is justice for Jacob. We will shine a spotlight on this state for never doing the right thing for victims. Share if you are with us and tag local and national media in your post. It’s time to turn up the pressure!

In April 1987, at just nine months old, Jacob Landin was brutally murdered by Carter-Landin’s mother's boyfriend. The autopsy revealed disturbing evidence of severe injuries, including a subdural hematoma, skull fracture, and rib fractures, consistent with child abuse. Signs of abuse had been present prior to Jacob's death, but were dismissed or overlooked. Despite suspicions, accountability remained elusive. The prime suspect, demonstrated callous indifference throughout the investigation, even exhibiting deceptive behavior during a failed polygraph examination. Shockingly, despite compelling evidence and a confession from the suspect, justice was never served.
Carter-Landin would like to bring the story to light and hold New Mexico and their District Attorney’s and Attorney General accountable for their blatant disregard for honesty, integrity and justice.

So, yet again I find myself issuing an apology for ads that have apparently aired during some of our episodes. I want to clarify that we do not choose the ads that play; they are inserted by our hosting platform. But I HAVE emailed them (and sent a copy of a negative review we received as a result of their choices) and want to sincerely apologize to anyone hurt or offended by ads that may have played during our show. It just hurts that all of the time and effort put into the show and in trying to help the families can be negated by something out of my control. It breaks my heart that our integrity is being judged by it.

Our $12/$15/$20 Patreon supporters got some goodies in the mail recently, including a Coffee and Cases Christmas ornament. ONE of those ornaments has a message on the back while the others are blank.
