But running ads that convert like this is something only we can do.

This client is very active in her organic marketing too. But 350 out of 380 sign-ups are from ads and one-third of them upgraded to VIP. In addition to that, she already has a $30k paid client from ads.

Ads work when you have the right offer that you believe in and a great team to make the offer scale.

We have been working with this client for a month now. They have been running ads for years.
In the last month, this is what we did for them.
😍 Lead cost for the VSL funnel went from $18 to $8 and it's pretty consistent now every day.
😍 We get around 17-20 calls a week.
😍 Her book funnel is converting at 8.5% and is making 2x on its own without any other high ticket conversions.
The people who have been getting great results with the ads are very less when compared to its horror stories.

A surprise launch!!!

We are working with this client for a year now.

They are very profitable from ads but usually are so busy that they don't much worry about launches.

But that's what we do and we want to put together a surprise launch just from ads. Nothing else has to change.

We informed the client a week before that we want to do a 4th of July launch. And she said that they forgot about it and haven't prepared anything. We said we are prepared though and said we are just doing an ads launch, not organic or emails.

Also we don't require a huge budget just around $1500 for a week.

We did it and showed the numbers of 4th of July launch.

Total amount spent: $1740.67
Total revenue: $7499.60
ROAS: 4.31

She was so happy. And was just repeating the same thing. I have never worked with a team who thinks so ahead of us.

Trust, patience and risk tolerance to testing new things is the way to success.

Do you know not many people make it in the online world?

They either stay in the same place being upset or angry about how their competitors are doing better than them.

Or they would think they are not equipped enough to make it. It could be the tech, team, or anything that they think is stopping them.

Very very few people ACTUALLY put in the effort - even when it's difficult, and play the real game.

These people have belief, consistency, and an open mind to test things.

This is a quote someone mentioned to me recently: "Most people prefer the certainty of misery to the misery of uncertainty."

And that's so true! This is the exact reason most people can't get success in the online world even if the success is staring right at their face.

I have a client who doesn't still know how to operate her Gmail efficiently. She still takes a screenshot on her iPad and reviews the ad copies by marking in her iPad pencil rather than using the Google Doc comments (even when we sent her a video on how to do it). She prefers this and she is making multiple six figures in revenue. She is one of our favorite clients.

Tell me again why you can't do it.

This could be hard to hear. But as the quote said if you choose to believe in the next steps that will lead to your success, rather than live in the certainty of misery, 2024 is going to be the best year for you.

I thought if I read fiction, I am not focusing on my business needs and my family's needs.

Maybe someday, I will make it and I can start reading it all the time.
Then there was a cold splash that THAT SOMEDAY is today and unless I do what I love today, tomorrow doesn't matter.

And fun fact: I would say I made it because I read fiction. It makes me happy and happy me means the best for my family and business.

Another fun fact: I seriously don't know what the other side contains, what I really made it means. Because the goalpost always keeps moving further once I am so near it. So, I know me - I am not going to stop at a place, which means I already made it - multiple times. Today - every day - I do what I want to do, what I enjoy, and what makes me happy.

We created a strategy that adds in $10k additional income every 2 months.

This client spends a lot of money on lead generation and regular events.

We strategized an SLO offer with the client to add to the revenue and lead generation.

And then we asked for another membership offer and strategised the best way to do it.

Every two months, we do a membership launch for this client to bring in all of the people we missed on high tickets.

It adds up an additional $10,000 "recurring" revenue for the client without lifting a finger.

The spend for this launch is $2000 and she already made it back.

She has been with us consistently for over a year. And she makes multiple 6 figures in revenue every month now. And every offer, every campaign, every ad is created this way. It's not a play-now-win-now game, it's a keep-playing-it-right-to-win-big game.

If you want a win tomorrow, then forget about us.

Posts that make people "recall" something they know or saw previously make more sales than ordinary ads.

The simplest way to do this with your writing is to hide some letters in a word.

In a 2020 study by Leo Burnett, Mike Trehorne, and Richard Shotton, participants were shown brand names with missing letters (e.g., H_BC) and then fully presented brands (e.g., HSBC).

Later, readers were asked which brands they recalled.

Brands with the hidden letter were recalled 14% more than the fully spelled-out brand names.

It happens because the more effort a reader puts into understanding a message, the more memorable that message becomes.

Why is this important to you?

Because you have mere seconds to grab people’s attention.

But even if you get people to stop scrolling, it means nothing if the copy or content is instantly forgettable.

So, what does it mean for you?

Make your next ad unforgettable with hidden letters.

A story about chocolate --- and pricing psychology.

In 2007, a group of psychologists set up a shop and started selling two brands of chocolate—Lindt truffles for 15c a piece and Hershey’s Kisses for 1c per piece.

I would love to know what you would go for, but do you know what people went for?
76% of customers grabbed the Lindt truffles. After all, a quality treat at a significant price cut is a no-brainer, right?

But then, they reduced both prices by 1c. Now Lindt truffles cost 14c a piece, while Hershey’s Kisses were free.

The new result? 69% now opted for Hershey’s Kisses.

Fun but shocking fact about humans: Despite the price difference being the same, we tend to discard logic when there’s something that we can get for free.

Free shipping, free gift, free bonuses, free anything.

And that becomes very obvious when you see other studies:
👍 Half of Amazon Prime users say they’ve subscribed due to free shipping.
👍 UK customers prefer free shipping over environmental causes.
👍 Numerous studies say deals that use the word “free,” like “buy-one-get-one-free,” “free shipping,” or “free gift,” can increase sales.
So, how can you leverage this to your niche?

😍 1. Add a free product or bonus to your offer.

I always have said to clients to bundle offers to test in ads. Let's say you bundle a product and throw in a little freebie (which is already free anyway, but in a separate funnel).

You are essentially increasing your average order value. See how the already available free product is increasing with your better conversions.

Sometimes, it's not bundling products, but when they purchase a specific valued product or service, you give them something extra for FREE.

😍 2. Highlight free shipping

Free shipping is like a tie breaker for every customer.

You saw the stats that I shared above. Most customers would rather have their product shipped for free than save the planet. It’s surprising, but it’s what the data shows.

For that reason you should always look to emphasize the free shipping offer… sometimes even more than you emphasize the product itself.

I personally have bought more products and courses that I can count just because I want the free bonuses they give more than the actual product itself.

😍 3. Adjust pricing to match the "free"

No matter what your offer is, you can always do the math so you don’t lose money.

Think of it this way: Generally speaking, people value a $760 hotel room with “free” water in the mini bar more highly than a $750 room with water bottles for $10.

You can do the same thing.

If your product costs $50 and shipping costs $10, it’s more effective to say the product is $60 but shipping is free.
Even if that’s not possible—like in the case of bundling products—you can always add the “free” part to the least valuable segment and write it off as an investment in higher AOV. That's what we recommend to all our ad clients (there is a reason we give great ROAS to our clients).

With all that said, these are for first looks, lead generation, and ecomm. If you are selling high tickets, first look and lead generation is the first essential one. Once they are in your world, there are numerous ways to be omnipresent for your audience to be sold into high-ticket offers -- which is a conversation for another day.

- "In Time" movie (If you still haven't watched this movie, you should. It's a great concept.)

The first time I saw this movie, I was totally impressed with the whole concept.

This line stuck with me through it all.

When I don't have something and I got it, what would I do with it?
Not change the world, get rich or upgrade my mind or body.

No!

I would have the peace of not continuing to have to worry about it.

Thats the first thing I want. To stop that constant pain in my mind.

I create that pain for myself when I want something badly. It's plain obsession - I can't stop thinking about it.

I achieve that asap just to first stop that constant obsession over it. Yeah I am happy and change some lives with it sometimes. But the real reason is to stop worrying anymore - to be free.

If you are an entrepreneur, you have something like this too.

You worry about finances, team, your next book launch, your previous/next launch numbers, sales and improvement areas, ads, clients, retention, etc. We always have something.

The thing is we all have that. And this is what normal looks like.

But to build a team who takes care of your ads is one of the best thing that I am proud of in my life.

We made 10x ROAS on a launch last week and the launch had so many last minute changes, but still we handled everything, so the client can quit thinking about the ads and focus on clients.

Thats what we do.

CF is suing GHL.

While I like Russell as an entrepreneur, Clickfunnels sucks - pretty much everyone knows it... Even people who were in love with it once just don't want to do anything with CF anymore.

If anyone had to sue, it should be the customers who bought a trash CF2.0 version with so many bugs that many of them lost their money while CF banked the profits. That's unethical and terrible to do to a customer who trusted you.

And also when Russell says HL hacked them, it was like witnessing a kettle-pot-black thing in real life.
