The Migrationist is an academic/professional blog designed to promote public discourse informed by academics and professionals who focus on issues surrounding migrant, refugee, and human trafficking. Our collaborators are academics or professionals interested in immigration issues and are located all around the world. The Migrationist was founded by two 2012 graduates of the University of Sussex MA in Migration Studies program (Amy Grenier & Lali Foster).
