through phone, chat and email support. With this tenure, I was exposed to accounting software, basic accounting and bookkeeping, Invoicing, tax preparation and payroll. I also dealt with different types of customers like business owners, accountants and bookkeepers. With my years of experience, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills.
