I was approached by an interesting and unusual customer - the luxury candle store 😌 in Toronto
The order was to draw a comfortable place for their cafe ✨
We settled on a soft decoration made of premium materials and an interesting choice of lighting. Such combinations are always very cozy and add a special atmosphere to the establishment.
And now I can show you my sketch and its reproduction in reality 🙌🏼

The night sketch is an addition to the regular sketch ✨
This type of sketch is drawn additionally on the basis of an already finished sketch.
Non-natural lighting allows you to compare how this or that idea will look both during the day ☀️ and at night 🌙
By looking at this, you can understand whether everything is well planned with the lighting.
Cozy evenings, pleasant conversations with loved ones or a glass of wine alone with yourself - all this can be felt by watching night sketches ✨

3D floor plan is the best way to see your project 🔥
Unlike a regular plan, a 3D floor plan allows you to see depth and volume. These sketches are always more "alive" and look much more interesting ☺️
This work is special in that I realized the detailing of the interior with the removal of certain interior details for a separate visualization.
This allows you to see the furniture and appliances in detail, it allows you to look at everything separately and together.

Deadlines for creating a sketch⏰
My time for creating one sketch is 1-2 working days. This includes studying the technical task, drawing, making corrections, and completing the sketch. The main thing is a competent technical task from the customer. (What should be in the technical task, you can see in highlights).
But, it happens that the deadlines may be delayed due to several reasons, for example:
▫️corrections - almost don't depend on the sketcher, because the customer may want to change the sofa, the shape of the chairs or the color of the curtains, all this is time for corrections
▫️some piece of furniture or type of floor/walls isn't agreed upon, then it will be necessary to spend time discussing it.
We will not rule out unforeseen circumstances that can also happen, but I'm responsible person, so I always do everything on time ⏳

When you receive a ready-made sketch, u can make corrections 📝
There are free and paid.
Free corrections:
- Changing the color and texture of the object
- Decor correcting
- Minor corrections by agreement
The volume of free edits is no more than 20% of the sketch.
All other changes in the sketch are performed on a paid basis. The amount of payment depends on the nature and scope of changes.
IMPORTANT ❗️ Changing the perspective after its approval is considered a new sketch.
