(Being forgiving but not forgetting)

I can forgive and forgetting is something that I did to often. That was me just trying to bury the pain but it only buries the pain for a little while until something or someone triggers it to surface again... That's why I think that it's good to remember the pain and hurt in order to heal from it and have as a reminder what it took to heal from it so we don't repeat the same cycle. So I will still forgive but I won't forget. Healing is not holding grudges or resentments. It's about understanding the emotions associated with the situation and how to solve it with emotional maturity. Every action has a reaction and it's up to us to how we react which is the only thing that we have control over. However I react, there will are consequences, good or bad or as I like to call it, Karma.... We tend to allow our Ego and pride stand in the way of being forgiven of ourselves and others, have a feeling of self-righteousness, thinking that we are always in the right and everyone else is wrong. Leading to a path of loneliness and burnt bridges. Isolated in our own thoughts of unhappiness. All because we had a unforgiven heart and not the willingness to do some self reflection and some healing work. Instead, we will rather go around hurting other people because we are still replaying events over and over in our head of what caused us pain and make others pay for it. Now we have become low vibrational and our energy is that of a demon a demon that we have created all because we didn't want to forgive... So now we have made our bed now we must lay in it until we make a conscious decision to change our mindset and our ways of thinking and get rid of outdated beliefs about ourselves thinking that our way is working or has worked for us, that's self- deception. We are lying to ourselves. We must be willing to do the work, not for anyone else but for ourselves.

Just know that I do understand why you are so guarded and closed off... I get it... Trust me... I've also been there but instead of me closing myself off completely to those who did care about me I just distant myself from everyone for a while because I didn't know who to trust and I was afraid of being hurt by the same ones that claimed that they loved me. It's a very dark place to be in and not easy to come out of. It took some years for me to come out of it. I was forced to come out of it because the cycles kept repeating itself with people continually hurting me... So I thought... Not realizing that it was me allowing people to hurt me. So I decided to change the narrative by choosing to be happy by not allowing another persons actions to dictate my actions or reaction. Instead I would try to empathize and come to a place of understanding that they are also coming from a place of hurt and are just projecting what's going on within themselves and that they have not come to a place of healing. They didn't know how to heal or where to even start. They continually choose hurt those who are close to them... They need help and their soul is crying for it... Sometimes we do have to cut people off or distance ourselves until they get the help that they need in order for you to be at peace. We don't have to subject ourselves to another person's projections of their pain. We have to protect ourselves and our energy. If you are coming from a place of hurt and being closed off to people who loves and care about you and want to help you... Let them

Just know that sometimes things just have to play out the way they are suppose to and we can't change it unless we change ourselves... Wishful thinking can sometimes can turn into reality if it is meant to be and sometimes it's just false hope.... If you are happy where you are at... In life... then stay there but if your spirit is nudging you to keep pushing forward with your head held high and look pass the people who passed you by and wouldn't reach their hand out to help lift you up but instead offered their foot kick you down and keep you down over and over again. Not even offering comforting words of encouragement but instead gave you words of insults and put downs and discouragement. Not believing in your vision and dreams but instead made you feel like it was ridiculous and not worth you putting in your time and effort in things you strongly believe in... But these are the people that we tend to want to hold on to or the ones that are there just to enjoy the ride. They are there just to have a little fun until the ride stops and then one day get bored or find something or someone else that catches their attention then they are off to what they think is the next best thing. Fake love and false hope is what we love to chase it's just another illusional rat race. Instead of seeing what's right in front of our face that can help us ascend and elevate to take us to another place... The Mind, body and soul is eager to take flight. It's the flesh that keeps us bound in this 3rd dimension the flesh is weak and only temporary. Until we break free of the bonds that keeps us bound we will never have the courage to want to move forward because now we have become to comfortable to what has become to familiar to us. We are the only ones standing in our own way, no one else is to blame. We have the power to change the outcome of our situations based on the decisions or indecisions we make. That's only if we choose to... Just some words of thought that I wanted to share.

My first blog...

If I have ever dated you in the past or we were friends at some point and it didn't work out please don't hit me up later thinking that I'm still that same gullible person that excepted all your bu****it and allowed you to have power and control over me... Please keep it pushing... You had your chance and you blew it. It's time to just let go and move forward... Your games are not working anymore... Y'all played cat and mouse for to long now it's time for me to the Phoenix ... Y'all thought that y'all got the best of me but yet I rise out of the ashes and the darkness. Like a butterfly going through metamorphosis being surrounding by nothing but narcissists... They say that you attract that what you are so I had to do some self-reflection because I was only looking at things from my perception, not realizing that it was self- deception... Allowing myself to be fooled by my own lies, believing that true love was something that existed outside of myself so I gave my all until I had nothing left. I thought that the love that I craved to give to others would come back to me the same so I could finally know what it was like to feel the love that I gave to others but it never happened... Whenever you put expectations in someone, you'll be disappointed ever time. It always left me feeling hurt and once again all alone and feeling lonely. I am now WOKE and my eyes are wide open. I knew that I had to make a change and that had to start with me working on me and not being focused on anyone else. When I realized that that's when all the test and lessons began and I'm very grateful for each and every one of them because they made me who I am today... A proud confident woman who refuses to let anything stand in her way no matter who or what try to stand in my... What's meant for me will be for me no matter what.... I got a team of warriors who will go to battle for me at any given moment and all I have to do is sit still. I will never stay down for to long... So your daggers and curse words may hurt for a little while until they are all broken and truth is revealed about who you and I really are... No more rose colored glasses.. I can see clearly now... Y'all had y'all chance now keep it pushing and stop watching and chasing something that will never be.... Period
