Distribution of agricultural land in village areas should be main moto of communists. Let us start farming in commune system under the guidance of government so that land remain in the hand of government or country. Commune system will ensure possession of agricultural land in the hand of government and all farmers working in these agricultural land will be treated as government staff. We should go back to the commune system of USSR so that no man in village area remain poor and helpless to live. Every man in a village should have equal share in agricultural land and on produced food grain. If a villager does not have sufficient land in his name, at his hand then he is very helpless, he has to depend on landlords to sell his labour for meagre wage and a landlord does not have need of labourer throughout the year. A landlord calls peasant for ploughing lands before bowing seeds and for that he needs only few peasant or labourer. It takes only few days to plough lands then with the help of few labourer he bows seeds. He does irrigation and then for few weeks no labourer is required. He needs peasant to take out weeds, grass from the land and then again for many days no labourer is required. It shows that a landless farmer does not get opportunity to work in agricultural land throughout the year. A landless farmer has to live very miserly with his deposited meagre wages. He cannot purchase essential food and clothes with his deposited meagre wages. There is no surety if Communist party come in power in a country or not but Communists should act as a pressure group to create pressure on present ruling party to change the system so that exploitation in villages is minimised. There should be a permanent law in every country irrespective of any political party is coming in power, about the owernership of agricultural land in village area. Land is a natural property and every human being should have equal right on its ownership. Why King or President should give vast amount of agricultural land to many people and why many many many people are deprived of ownership of agricultural land. Why many people will live like a king with the ownership of land and with its product, with foodgrains. Every country has to adopt the method of farming of former USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republic) and start farming in commune system so that ownership of agricultural land goes to the hand of all village people of a particular area. Farmers should be government staff and they will get payment from government. People of a particular area who are unemployed will work in agricultural land and get salary, clothing, medical facilities, nutritious food, tuition fees for their children from government. Thus, nobody will be deprived of natural property agricultural land. In every country, after abolition of landlords there are many mini landlords exist and they hold huge amount of agricultural land. They are very clever or burgeous government has given opportunity of gap of law. What these mini landlords have done ? They have made land documents in the name of their wife, sons, daughter, grand daughter so that they can show to the court, to the government that he is holding less acres of land. So, each member of the family will prove separately that he is having less amount of land. Actually, that family together have huge amount of land. In India, whenever question of land reform arises the same cunningness happens and the thing is supported by government authorities. In village area, poor landless farmers are very helpless if they do not have sufficient agricultural land in their possession. In India, in every village areas, agricultural land is at the hand of few people. They are well off people in Indian society. There are many landlords, big farmers who have kept huge quantity of agricultural land at their names and nobody so far enquired from where you have got this many acres of land in your name . Why I am telling this because with the help of this huge acres of land they enjoy all types of facilities in society. They take the help of poor people to produce food grains and by selling this food grains years after years they keep on depositing money in the bank, in the post office and money keep on increasing. They make brick built big house, buy motor cycle, four wheeler, make farm house and enjoy all types of facilities in society. They keep private army, gunda so that they can oppress poor people, landless farmers. Such scenarios we can see in a Hindi film named Rowdy Rathore acted by Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha. No law, no police can prevent their whimsical activities. Even they pick up wife of a police officer and take her to farm house where son of landlord r**e het and do s*x with her and police cannot do anything against landlords. How they have got such powers I,e occupying huge acres of agricultural land at their name under the seal of government authority. Land is natural property and everyone has divine right to take advantage of agricultural product. Poor people get little wage for working in agricultural land but this little wage, irregular wage cannot make their both ends meet. They can hardly buy rice, wheat, potato, onion but not chicken, mutton, ghee, Horlicks, bournvita, milk and honey. They cannot work throughout the year and hence wage of few days cannot solve their requirements. They cannot manage good clothes for children, and if you see clothes of poor villagers in rural area then you have some sympathy on them. On the other hand, landlords sell or store all agricultural product and earn huge money and become more stronger in the society. Government is silent on this because government need tax that's all. From where this tax is coming government is silent. Government has given ok to black land. Occupying huge quantity of agricultural land under the seal of government authority is a sin, a great sin. With the ownership of huge quantity of land, landlords practise all whimsical activities in society. They can pick up a girl or woman and can take in the farm house and r**e her and as they have private army gunda, nobody can protest against it.
When land reform was done in West Bengal, then landlords or head of the family divided lands secretly and made land document dalil in the name of sons, daughter in law, grandson, granddaughters, brothers and they escaped from the eye of law. Total amount of huge land remained in the family, within the family. Government played drum and bujhale and land reform was done in black and white.
There are people who are united by caste and supported by their caste people in every society, in every country and they possess agricultural land in their name and with this property they become rich man in society. They have land and money deposited in bank and the deposited amount keep on increasing day by day, years after years. Government do not interfere in this matter and think everything is going smoothly. Government always oil in the head of rich people thinking they are well tax payer. Possession of agricultural land in the name of few people in village areas have enhanced exploitation in every society, in every country.
We know how landlords enjoy their authority in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat Andhra Pradesh, Tamilanadu, Karnataka and in other states.
