But, if u don't know this about content, then you might be doing it all wrong

spoiler: these steps can be used on any platform regardless of skill, experience & number of followers

Step1: Identify your prospects on the platform
Step2: know their pain or struggles with which you can help them
Step3: Create a solid content strategy and start sharing with them to get their attention
Step4: Create a portfolio by breaking down your learning and how you can help someone with a similar problem (more like a case study) and share that with your ideal clients

Bonus tip: Never hesitate to ask & get it reviewed by people who are already doing it. And invest your time in cold messaging.

Don't believe me?

Here is the truth

😮 You only need 3 emotions to convert your audience into paying clients 😮

I always thought emotions were only 3 - Happy, sad, and Hungry

To my utter silence, emotions are 8 (basic)

Joy, Sad, Disgust, Surprise, Anticipation, Anger, Trust, Fear

Your content or copy must evoke emotions in your readers, if it is not done, then you are not writing well enough

Here is how you can write content that evokes emotions:

First, understand what stage of emotion your reader is currently experiencing now:

Imagine, your audience is experiencing sadness because they are not getting any clients

Hook: Get your first client by following these exact steps and you will never worry about getting clients (your audience is not getting clients - so they are ***sad***)

Body: I was once at a point, where I developed a high-paying skill, but for 3 months, I didn't get any clients. Instead of giving up, I started creating my framework, which I tried and tested, and then I never worried about clients (telling their stories to build ***trust***)

Here is the step-by-step framework

- step 1
- step 2
- step 3

If you follow these exact steps without fail, you can get your first client without any doubt.

Most people on Linkedin mainly C-level executives, do not have time to write about themselves or create a PERSONAL BRAND for themselves.

However, they do know the importance, but after asking some founders, who started off late, here is what they have answered:

- I always thought that was self-promotion and I thought it was too shady
- I think it is BS, and one needs to more focus on our goals instead of talking about what they learned from their 10 years of experience
- It's just a time waste

Many people think it's the same way or the other.

I felt devastated and ended the conversation. But something strike me and I asked a whole different question.

Me: So sir! Have you been on any vacation lately?
Them: Yes

Me: So have to take any pictures on the tour?
Them: Yeah we have pictures of the mountains and even food and some museum

Me: Great sir! So please share the pictures and tell me about that moment.
Them: Oh, okay, let me see (and they start to talk about a picture they have in their gallery and share their experiences )

Me: Do you share them on any social media platforms, sir?
Them: Not really, I just share with my family and some close friends.

Me: (Now I understand what kind of a person he really is and I started talking) So, based on what you shared now, I think you are a person who is emotional and maintains a really close circle. Am I right sir?
Them: Yes, I only have a few people on my close list

Me: I guess you will talk about travel, business, and (industry) topics to your friends
Them: Yeah, all I have is them

Me: But business is about connecting to people and networking, you don't attract the right one until you share your own experiences to correlate.
With your experiences and Interests, you attracted a small group of people.

What happens if you share your opinions, thoughts, and beliefs with 100, if at least 5 people resonate with your thoughts, you will not only get business but increase your circle.

I don't want to sound like selling my service to you, but I am making it clear that this Personal Branding is not an easy thing. But surely not a waste.

He is pretty much convinced by this conversation and he agreed to start branding.

I would say this is one more reason to start Personal branding, you will see the results.

What happens after you hit the post on Linkedin?

If flows through a pipeline, where LinkedIn categorizes your content into three types

1. Bad post
2. Better post
3. Good post

The metrics used for ranking the posts are usually by Automated and even include humans.

👉 It analyses all the words and tags the content as bad if it has words include
- fake promises
- scam
- personally or physically offensive
- Abusive language
- too much self-promotion or bragging

👉The secondary review is done by Human editors. When a piece of content is going viral they take things into their own hands and review the credibility.

If they think that it deserves virality, they will let it be. If not they will decrease showing to more audience.

👉 Good content according to the Linkedin algorithm means
- valued packed
- engaging
- addressing a solution or pain
- conversation within the platform

Along with Algo, there are a few other metrics like your community, engagement, timing, and quality matters a lot.

Sound and look like a pro with your content

Here are the 8 easy peasy steps only for you

- Take a topic you want to write
- Always decide how you want the content to end at the beginning itself.
- Break the full topic into small parts
- Now do research about each part and write down bullet points
- Now frame your own sentences around each topic (not more than 3 sentences)
- Use those Bullet points as Side headings
- Now put it all together to make it look like a flow, and make use of that white space to do its magic
- Add your sign-off paragraph

You can now decorate it with emojis, and images. This adds emphasis and makes the content look more appealing and reader-friendly.

7 steps to write content like a pro even if you are just starting out

1. Take a topic that you want to write about
2. Break it down into parts and study each party individually
3. Write all together now and do your 1st stage of proofreading
4. Now upload the same to Hemmingway or any content editing tools that you use
5. Always make the readability be less than Grade 7
6. 2nd stage of proofreading is using any text-to-speech app, to listen to the audio format of your content (optional)
7. You can also use the Grammarly tool to do that grammar correctly for you.

1.) Best days to post: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

2.) Best time to post: Between 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM

3.) time to avoid posting: 12:00 AM to 05:00 AM & 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM

4.) Days to avoid posting: Saturday & Sunday

Note: Linkedin content span is no more 1 day, it is increased to 1 week, and if it's of high quality, will have good reach for 2 weeks.

The above is only to show that your audience is highly active on those days of the week, so the reach will be higher than usual.

The virality of the post again depends on:

- relatability
- trend
- length &
- format

these are just metrics. (Not vanity)

This is the greatest love I ever have experienced in my life.

I know for sure, I am struggling with anxiety, but don't know where to look at. To get over this I started to search for someone in life, who can fulfill me and give me a feeling of completeness.

All I wanted is some:

- Motivation to believe in me
- Happiness
- Strong resilience
- physical and mental peace
- respect and guidance
- confidence
- Emotional stability

This is the biggest mistake I made. Expecting someone to give me something.

This realization carried some hard feelings, but getting over these expectations became hard.
To get out of these trashy feelings, I started to treat myself, whenever and wherever possible.

"SELF-LOVE" is what you call. I call

"I LOVE MYSELF"

All I do is

- Pamper me
- eating healthy
- avoid toxic people from my surroundings
- avoid negative thoughts by giving them something meaningful to work
- get in touch with friends and people who support me and make me feel confident

I might not say today that I am completely over my anxiety, but I am doing great than yesterday and every day 😍

You are killing your happiness with these thoughts:

👉 Worrying what will happen tomorrow
👉 Thinking about why that happened in your past
👉 Allowing others to take decisions for you
👉 Trying to please everyone
👉 Trying to find validation in things
👉 Trying to control your surrounding
👉 Making things work out for you in your own way
👉 Thinking that you will be successful if you have that ONE thing
👉 Thinking you are failing because you are alone
👉 Comparing your today with someone’s yesterday
👉 Allowing yourself to get lost in thoughts
👉 the Thinking that you need to have WEALTH to be happy

These are not voluntary thoughts, but sure they are unnecessary and avoidable. I know these thoughts come into our mind whenever we are low or something is not working well for us.

You might feel they are not something to worry about. But you don’t know the fact that these thoughts are stopping you from becoming who you want to be.
And you can become the ONE who everyone wants to be by:
- Living in the moment
- Accepting the way, you are
- Allowing others to be the way they want around you
- Constantly learning and upskilling
- Being with people that bring the best from you
- Forgetting things that are making you sad or worry
- Being busy in a healthy way

The process takes time, but it is always worth your goals.

While moving to Dubai, I let go of all the clients I had.

With some, I was about to finish my project, while with others I am doing well

But I had it let go for only ONE reason

I felt very excited and stressed

As a girl who barely ever traveled to cities, I had to move to another country now.

The decision was solely mine and I don't regret it.

I just want to live in the moment.

If I am having projects in my hand, I know that my mind constantly runs around creating content and all that will not allow me to live in the moment.

I walked into the airport alone, took my flight for the very first time in my life, and experienced it with all consciousness I was calm and very cool with 2% charging on my mobile.

By the time I reached Dubai, my phone was almost dead and I am least worried about it.

But all I knew was, that I enjoyed every moment of my travel.

Now, you might think, I could have scheduled the posts or informed clients to hold on to the work or just take a break instead of letting them go.

Well, it's social media, and even single day matters.
