I don't like pretentious ppl who believe they have to impress others to feel better about themselves. I can relate and identify myself more with all those free spirits who worry only about their own direction, purpose in life, goals, objectives and soul's fulfillment, than what others are up to-doing or not doing. I don't like the idea of being born, raised, living and staying to die in one plot o
n the globe when the world is so large. I want to be a minimalist, because all my life I have been around ppl that like to possess everything: objects, too much of everything, even other ppl. I used to love having so much of everything, especially clothes--could literally not have to wear the same suit or outfit again for months... shoes also, and one day I started tracking how practical my minimalist friends are, and how they make room for new, and let go of old. I realized that this is what was missing in my life. For so long, I cared too much about what the world would think of my actions because in my culture and family, we all define love as thinking we have a right to have an opinion about others' lives. I complied especially for good & adequate planning when others' lives were under my wings. Today I feel so enlightened, with simply living each day as if it were my last here in this stage of my soul's journey. I don't expect anything from anyone, I simply want the best for all who I encounter. I like to trust, believe, and hope. I like ppl who have goals and dreams. I like to see and savor others' success as much as my own. I love success stories-especially when it involves ppl who have strong hearts in all that they do. I want to achieve my goals without any regard to what others want or expect from me. I simply want to live my dreams, and I don't want any "what ifs" in my life. Live, love, laugh, dream, and love some more. I love my life & life loves me2.I love fb, love spreading joy,love,silly humor,music,news,luz,paz,y buena vibra!-& receiving the same. Thanx4 sharing w/ me. I hurt for victims of human trafficking, world hunger,& pray 4 universal triumph over evil. Positive Energy

Promises to Yourself By Christian D. Larsen
Promise yourself….
--------------------------------------------------------------------
To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind;
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet;
To make all your friends feel that there is something in them;
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true;
To think only the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best;
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own;
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future;
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile;
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others;
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear; and too happy to permit the presence of trouble;
To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds;
To live in the faith that the whole world is on your side so long as you are true to the best that is in you.

“To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent people, and the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest critics;
and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to give of one’s self; to leave the world a little better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition;
to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived . . this is to have succeeded.”- Ralph Waldo Emerson

I am so loyal, that I would never believe those that bear false witness upon a friend, or those who attempt to tarnish a friend's integrity--others are easily influenced, doubt, and when their loyalty, hope, faith, and love for another is tested-they fail all tests. Some have failed all tests---& have caused another great loss, deep sadness, & that dagger in the heart.
