The Dalai Llama thanks India in Pixels for recognizing Tibetan sovereignty over not only Tibet, but even regions that literally no one in any history has called Tibet. The Dalai Llama did want to understand when exactly Tibet came to be included in South Asia (perhaps it was after he took shelter in Dharamshala), but India in Pixels was unavailable for comment, given that its an understandably time consuming job making videos around equating Bengali and French.

A lot of countries call their currencies some variation of Rupee.
In 2010, in a bid to enter the group of currencies with their own official symbol and to create a unique brand for ourselves, ₹ was chosen from amongst 3331 entries to officially represent the Indian Rupee.
When I came to know of this in 2011, I wondered, what symbol would I have come up with to represent the Indian Rupee.
