We’re very excited to get the ball rolling tonight! The team at Figment Labs has included some quick FAQs below to help you out tonight so you can breeze through our space puzzles.

1. Communicate with your team 🗣
Ticket sales close at 6:30pm! If you’re not physically with your team, stay connected and collaborate with your team through these recommended platforms:

- Create yourself a Discord server (separate voice/video channels, screen sharing, chat)
- Organise a Zoom meeting (voice/video, screen sharing)
Group Skype/FaceTime call (voice/video)

2. Completing the mission 🌌
The mission begins and ends at https://spacerace.link/. The timer starts when you click the ‘Start Mission’ button, and will end when you click the ‘Complete Mission’ button.

For each challenge, we’ve curated a bunch of hints which will automatically release after a time delay. Viewing hints does not lose you points, so use them to your advantage.

Read the puzzle prompts carefully. They contain vital information!
You can work on multiple puzzles at once so you can divide the puzzles and work in parallel to demolish the competition!

3. Use all the tools available to you🧰

Space Race puzzles have been designed to take you on a journey across the internet! For that reason, you also have the whole internet at your disposal to help you solve the challenges.
Nothing is off-limits, Google can be your best friend. It can also be handy to have some pen and paper if you like to sketch things out.

However, make sure you're using the Chrome web browser on a laptop or desktop device to log in and participate in the event. Although the website should still work on mobile, we recommend you do it on a larger screen device.

Again, you have the whole internet at your fingertips, and you’ll be expected to use it!
