I've become way less dependent on the scale lately and to my surprise, I hit this benchmark on Saturday when I thought to weigh-in. Today I start on my 4th pen and would love to see another 10 lb loss by the time I finish it in a few weeks. I'm hoping that you'll also see me more active on here as I start back at the YMCA tonight and have reset some of my eating habits.

I hope that you are all having success, and even if you aren't - I hope that you're keeping your head held high and making healthy choices. This is a different journey for us all and the speed of our success will vary. Don't let your timelines demotivate you if they don't seem as fast as others
