Google shuts down reviews for the ‘Gulf of America’—but why?
A signed an order was made to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. Almost right away, people flooded Google Maps with reviews rejecting the change. Google’s response? They shut down the reviews completely, calling them "off-topic."
Now Mexico is pushing back, even talking about legal action. But big tech companies are already updating their maps to match the new name. No debate, no discussion—just done.
God always tells us to think. So ponder on this move.
