Ive been newly diagnosed with an incurable autoimmune disease where I thought my life was over but little did I realize that my life has just began. I am more grateful for everything I have in life. We often take things for granted until we faced with almost losing it all. I have the most amazing family that pushed me and motivated me to keep my faith. When times got tough I never gave up and never ever backed down.

I am 25 year old Sumeshni Pather also known as Nistasha from Shallcross in Durban. I am in the education industry . Helping others is my passion so it came as no surprise when teaching became my career path .

Teaching kids with disabilities or angel babies as I call them is what I live to do, they have so much potential and never use their disability as an excuse but rather as motivation to work harder and achieve the best that they can in everything that they do. It's amazing how such little kids can inspire you to live and do better by just simply being themselves.

I am also an Indian classical dancer, dance has been the one constant in my life since I can remember and as much as it teaches you discipline it also transforms you into the best version of yourself.
