Instagram insights can be a tough subject to understand. It takes a strong person to understanding insights. Insights are very important to develop your content strategy and business strategy. I’m going to go section by section of the insights and give you some facts to help understand better.

Let’s start with accounts reached:
🌿 This shows the different accounts reached on your platform.
✨it starts with the accounts that you’ve reached who are followers and who are not followers
✨Then it shows how many accounts were reached in the different content types such as reels , post and stories
✨Once you keep scrolling it show your top post, top reels , top stories and your impressions.

Now let’s move to content interactions
🌿These are analytics that are related to interactions like shares, replies, and more.
✨It breaks each section down into post interactions , story interactions and reels .
✨Post interactions are broken down into likes, comments, saves , and shares while showing the top post.
✨Story interactions are based on story replies
✨ Reel interactions are based on likes, comments and saves

Lastly is your audience or total followers
🌿This shows the number of followers you have grown and the geographic of your audience
✨First chart shows your growth. It breakdown the overall, followers, and who unfollowers.
✨Next chart is the top locations that your followers are in. It will show the top 5 locations (cities and countries)of your followers.
✨Next chart is the age range of your followers. It separates each age group from 13-65+ for all , men and women.
✨The next chart is Gender. It shows the percentage of each gender.
✨And the final chart shows you the most active times you can post. It categorizes by the day and by hour.

🌿Wake up at 6am-7am
🌿Take a nice hot shower
🌿Make iced coffee( A MUST)
🌿Make a to-do list of what you need to accomplish for the day.

•Waking up at 6am can include so many benefits such as developing healthy eating habits , improving concentration and bringing in more energy!
•There is no better feeling then a nice hot shower in the morning. It improves your blood circulation, increases immunity and decreases stress.
•If you know me in person, you know I’m addicted to coffee😂 a good ole cup of iced coffee is my favorite way to start off the morning. (Specifically cold brew)
• And lastly , the good ole to-do list. There are so many good things that can come out of making a to-do list such as improving your productivity, helping you staying motivated or just keeping your memory in check.

🌱Having a morning routine helps you set the tone for the day. It allows you to have control over your schedule rather then the schedule having control over you.

🌿Impressions and reach tell you very different things about performance of your ads and content. Even though there is a difference, you have to use both metric tactics together to figure out the effectiveness of your ads or content that was created.
