Meet BACKCOURT, the dynamic house duo behind our latest label release 'Dimensions.' 🏀🗑️ Joey and Bowie’s journey began long before they entered the world of dance music—they were high school basketball teammates first. Hip-hop was a huge part of their lives back then, thanks to its deep ties to basketball culture.

After high school, they developed a passion for dance music sparked by attending festivals together. When the pandemic hit, both started DJing and producing on their own, channeling their shared love for dance music. It wasn’t long before they realized they had a common goal: to create modern dance music with a gritty hip-hop influence. The next step was clear—why not team up as BACKCOURT?🤝👬

When they're not making music, you can find Joey and Bowie working out, playing pickleball, or trying their luck at the nearest casino. 🏋️‍♂️🏓♣️

Lawyer by day, artist by night 🌙 Meet Alibi, the talented producer behind "Breathe You In." Music has infused every facet of Alibi's life. She has been playing the saxophone since childhood and developed a passion for house music during her time in law school. Growing up on a farm in rural Iowa with parents born in the 60s, she also has a deep appreciation for country, rock, and oldies. These diverse influences are evident to anyone who watches her perform.

Alibi's musical repertoire primarily consists of tech house, bass house, and Latin house. However, she revels in crafting music that blends elements from various genres, showcasing her creative mixing during her sets. Alibi brings unmatched energy behind the decks and cultivates an experience where everyone can come together and enjoy the music.

Get to know the artists behind "In a Ferrari" PT.1⁠

It all started off when Patrick and Bruno met as high school students studying overseas, a friendship that came together through their interests in electronic music. Some may say this was the first sign of great things to come, but it was not until they reunited as college students in the great city of Los Angeles, where things started to take off. Trypbox (pronounced as TRIP-BOX) was formed in 2020 during the pandemic. As the entertainment industry took a 1 year hiatus, the duo used this time to find their sound through trial & error, a game changing moment for them.⁠
⁠
Although they are a fairly young/new duo, it was not long until their productions started gaining recognition. Wuki, grammy nominated DJ/producer, was an early supporter of the duo. Not only did he enjoy the productions coming from Trypbox, but he also included the duo’s tracks on his monthly radio show, Wukileaks. Thus, this was the first kick start of their musical career. TRYPBOX has gone on to also gain support from the likes of Don Diablo, Dr. Fresch, AC Slater and even the legendary LA music event organizer, Space Yacht!⁠

With a promising future ahead, Patrick and Bruno strive to continue making music they love while having others to enjoy them as well. Nothing is stopping this duo.⁠
