My dad is definitely different from others, he's a Cool Dad™️

He likes bugs, ships, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Big Lebowski, grilling, and stealing the baby from everyone. He is the most hard working, honest guy you'll probably ever meet, but he also has the biggest heart.

|| KEY TRAVEL ITEMS ||

Flying standby means a LOT of time in the airport, so here are the items I always take with me and why!

Compact backpack: we are rarely gone more than 1-2 days, so all my clothes and other items fit perfectly inside! I never have to check it if the overhead bins are full, since I can fit it under the seat in front of me. For longer trips, I do have a small carry-on hardshell I take with me.

Filtering water bottle: everything in the airport is more expensive, and the more money I spend in the airport, the less I have wherever I'm going. A bottle of water is ~$4-7, so a reusable bottle saves hundreds each year with how much we fly.

Packing cube: I picked up a single one with a small silicone bag for toiletries at Target and it fits almost perfectly inside my backpack. I prefer to keep all my clothes together so I can get into my other items without worrying about pulling clothes out or rustling through them.

Warmie Jr.: altitude changes cause painful cramps, so a small heating pack is nice to be able to throw in the microwave between flights to ease pain. The only slight issue is that it sometimes sets off the TSA machines for some reason, so they search my bag 😂

Small purse: similar to my compact backpack, a small purse is easy to fit just the essentials (phone, wallet, hand sanitizer, chapstick) for easy travels in large cities.

Pain relief medication: I choose Midol (or similar) because it is usually caffeinated, and good for a whole list of things, unlike general ibuprofen.

Journal/binder: I have space inside to keep my passport/boarding passes and ID if I need to, but also so I can keep track of everything and write down anything I may need.

Hello! Since I just started this page, I thought I'd go ahead and introduce myself for those who don't know me, Elijah, or our sweet kitty Duncan. I am extremely excited to get to know you guys, give small business hacks, take you along on our travels, and teach you about PCOS!

To start, I am Blayk, you'll hear from me mostly. I am a former infant teacher at a daycare facility in North Edmond, and I now work as a Shipt shopper. Elijah and I have been together for 2 years now, and we've had Duncan for about 3.5 months. We started our small business to create fun and vibrant earrings that were light weight and cost effective. I have added many more products since we started, and my favorite so far is our Warmies. I cannot wait to start giving you guys helpful and educational content, along with obligatory kitty pics!

Elijah is a pilot, finishing his training to start in the airlines, currently working as an operations agent for an airline here in OKC. He started the business with me to fulfill his love of running a business and getting to bring light into others' homes with our products! He loves helping me work out the logistics of how to make our products and set up work. He takes care of all the shipping needs, so any order you receive from us was probably packed by him!
