As the first-time TIFFer, this year Rising Films has connected with the global film & TV community to facilitate potential business collaboration opportunities in the future. Moreover, music video director Kuang Sheng’s first virtual production short film “Falling” has received positive feedback from international production companies and TIFF delegates.
