Justice for Jacob - we will never stop no matter what New Mexico Department of Justice says. We will keep going until there is justice for Jacob. We will shine a spotlight on this state for never doing the right thing for victims. Share if you are with us and tag local and national media in your post. It’s time to turn up the pressure!

In April 1987, at just nine months old, Jacob Landin was brutally murdered by Carter-Landin’s mother's boyfriend. The autopsy revealed disturbing evidence of severe injuries, including a subdural hematoma, skull fracture, and rib fractures, consistent with child abuse. Signs of abuse had been present prior to Jacob's death, but were dismissed or overlooked. Despite suspicions, accountability remained elusive. The prime suspect, demonstrated callous indifference throughout the investigation, even exhibiting deceptive behavior during a failed polygraph examination. Shockingly, despite compelling evidence and a confession from the suspect, justice was never served.
Carter-Landin would like to bring the story to light and hold New Mexico and their District Attorney’s and Attorney General accountable for their blatant disregard for honesty, integrity and justice.

If you've tuned in to Sundays episode, you already know the news. If not: Weird Distractions is coming to an end. This wasn't an easy decision. However, after struggling with the shows identity for a few months, I feel as though it's time to put WDP to rest in hopes that I can focus on myself & something new.

The final episode will be episode 200, which will be coming out at the end of this month. After that, there will be no new episodes of WDP.

I want to thank everyone who has ever tuned in, rated, reviewed, shared, and followed the show since it started in March of 2020. I also want to say thanks again to the shows former Patrons for supporting the show each month.

I hope you all tune in to the final episodes of the show, and tune in to the other Cultiv8 Network shows as well.

Take this as a, 'see you later', not a full goodbye.
