Things that you need to prepare before your first kitty arrives home?

1) Cat Carrier: This is a must!!! whether for safely bringing your cat home or use it later during a Vet visit. A good carrier must be durable with good ventilation and screened opening so that your new friend can look outside.

2) Food: Consulting with the breeder or organization to see what type of food your cat accustomed to.

3) Food and Water Bowls: It is best to purchase ceramic or stainless steel bowls with non-tip edges.

4) Grooming Tools: A nail clipper and a groomer brush is also a must for your newcomer. Normally, we clipping our cat's nails every two weeks and brushing their fur every single day. The earlier you start grooming them, the easier they will get used to it.

5) Litter Box: Depending on the size of your cat/kitten. For a grown cat, it is suggested to have a sizable box with a cover as they need some privacy and they tend to scratch the litter all around the place. On the other hand, the kitten will need a box small litter box for easy access. I recommend having a box without a cover for you to observe whether it has normal urinating.

6) A private area with a comfortable Bed: Find a place in your home that is quiet for your fur-baby. It is a good idea to have its own room for the first couple of days so your cat can explore the area one at a time. Placing all the stuff we mentioned above in that area for your cat will need.
The above recommendation is based on our personal experience and if you find this information useful, feel free to share it with anyone who is planning to have a kitten in the future.
