In the event of 'Oum Ya Ensan,' I had the privilege to share an unforgettable experience. This event was a mixture of meditation, relaxation, and a discovery of the human body and how it can adapt to nature. Experiencing all of this made my bonds stronger with what God has given us. I felt a profound connection to the elements around me, realizing the inherent balance and harmony present in nature's cycles. The icy embrace became a metaphor for life's challenges, reminding me of the importance of resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. That was more than just a physical challenge; it was a journey of self-discovery, leaving an indelible mark on my soul.
