The amount of courage and strength it took to share this part of my momma to be journey. Woo! I had moments where I was overthinking how I wanted to share it then on the other hand I didn’t want to sound TOO “podcastie” ( that’s not a word but it is today and y’all know what I mean!) I just kept hearing ‘be you and do you’ and I did just that.

Wow! I almost forgot about the significance of this day! It’s been a year since the day I found out that I was pregnant. Clearly taking one test wasn’t enough for me, I cleared the entire rack at Dollar Tree and the cashier wishing me luck!🤣 Every thought that came rushing to my mind was silenced because I felt a sense of comfort in knowing that I was ready for this. Carrying my sunshine was a beautiful experience and I am so grateful to be his momma.

🪬 : So I had an idea I was pregnant because a few days prior there was a bad storm and the next morning I opened my patio door and there was a frog/toad (wasn’t sure which one) right there in front of the door hanging out. I was like out of all of the storms there has never been a frog/toad by the door- this means something!

Received my order from and when I tell you this is one brand you don’t want to sleep on!

I’m not a lashes kinda lady because I naturally have full lashes however I am down to support small dope woman businesses. With my birthday coming up (November 1st-yay!) I just had to shop with my girl for a natural look! When I tell you her brand does not miss, she understood the assignment and came through with so many surprises AND a hand written note! I seriously felt spoiled, thank you I want can’t wait to apply pressure with these goodies!

1. Focus your mind. (Mindset is key!)⁣
2. Set a specific future goal or desire.⁣
3. Imagine this is happening now in your mind’s eye.⁣
4. Mentally rehearse this visualization and continue to change tiny bits as needed until you are free to obtain your goal/desire.⁣
5. Write it out in a journal, planner, or calendar. Break your goals/desires into digestible pieces, every achieve a step to bring you closer to your goal/desire. ⁣
