Todos los músicos deberían producirse ellos mismos. El que autoproduce en su propio estudio, si tiene imaginación y no tiene miedo a explorar y experimentar puede con unos pocos detalles hacer que un tema pase de bueno a increíble. Puede hacer que un tema cobre vida y se convierta en toda una experiencia auditiva. Tener al lado un buen productor que realmente ame la música y que busque siempre la forma de potenciar las emociones que transmite la canción también es una gran opción, y merece la pena la inversión económica para el que ama su música.

Y todo esto viene a que mientras trabajaba en mi próximo tema en solitario me he encontrado a mí mismo saliendo de los límites "estándar" del metal buscando que el citado tema explote en los oídos. Guitarras, bajo, batería... hasta ahí todo normal digamos, pero los cuatro detalles adicionales que han surgido... Ay amigo, os prometo un temazo.

All musicians should produce themselves. The one who self-produces in his own studio, if he has imagination and is not afraid to explore and experiment, can with a few details make a song go from good to incredible. You can bring a song to life and become a listening experience. Having a good producer by your side who really loves music and who is always looking for ways to enhance the emotions that the song conveys is also a great option, and it is worth the financial investment for those who love their music.

And all this comes to the fact that while working on my next solo track I have found myself going out of the "standard" limits of metal looking for the mentioned theme to explode in the ears. Guitars, bass, drums... so far everything normal, let's say, but the four additional details that have emerged... Oh friend, I promise you a great song.

Editing or preprodiction, you name it. Even if the tracks are greatfully recorded need a bit of make up before mixing...

Today I'm working on a great song from and his band Malpoeta y los Traidores. They have fully recorded the tracks by themselves in the confort of their rehearshall and sent to me for mixing and mastering. And you? Do you accept the challenge of recording you yourself?
