This word has so much meaning to it, often overlooked and misunderstood, which is what this short episode is all about!
What does Femininity mean to you?
How does it show up in your identity?
How do you define or relate to the word, the concept?
It's funny, the more I explore this word, energy and integration the more I learn about myself and my relationship to the word.
A very unrestricted word - yet totally encompassing one.
Our entire experience as women we are constantly changing, evolving and growing into new phases, how do you find your relationships changes as you do?
There is just so much ✨MAGIC✨ in being a woman

WOW wow wow 🙌🏼 😍 What a topic and discussion. Something that is SO so important and honestly, overlooked. The importance of our young mind's wellbeing and growth should be at the forefront of our societies focus.
In this episode we discuss things like:
- how to cultivate acceptance in adolescence
- tool building for real life situations
- how to recognize teen trauma as adults in others and yourself
and so much more!
Most of all, I love Kirsten's modern approach when working with the minds of today. I believe she has a lot of experience and knowledge to contribute when it comes to understanding short and long-term effects of improper programming. So be sure to tune in and let me know what you think of this weeks episode!

Authenticity Feed Post
✨ NEW EPISODE 🎧 "The GOAL is Authenticity" 2021 Resolution 😂
This is a special one for me. This is something that is very connected to my own current work and struggles. For so long I've place importance and emphasis on my productivity being connected to value and worth. I've even placed so much value in productivity that I literally became disconnected to myself overtime, afraid to truly be myself... to truly just BE.
In a way, I've dead-end my senses to my body and I eventually developed psoriasis, which represents fear of being hurt, accepting the self, and refusing to accept responsibility for my own feelings.
It came and went on and off 5 years ago, but on my elbows - has never left. I've learned to manage it over the years, but this year I'm learning to heal it. I know that it is a deep representation of my own fear to authentically be able to accept myself WITHOUT proof of worth through productivity or monetary value.
There is no room left for anything BUT radical self acceptance anymore, and the absence of fear to be your most authentic self. That means you are the one aware of the main motives and drivers and decision maker for your life, and it will not be based on someone else's expectance.
EP.7 Identity Formation
NEW EPISODE 🎧 Identity Formation & Crisis 👤
What do you say when someone asks you who you are? I mean other than your name, age, and traits, how would you describe yourself?
We all identify ourselves through the environments around us, culture, our ethnicity, nationality, family, friends etc. But what about that internal voice? Your own self?
I've struggled with finding my identity for a long time, and have experienced the effects which lead to disease and disorder such as depression, addiction, illness etc. and I know that there are many others out there who experience the same.
Join me for this short under 20 minute episode all about how we form our identity and more!

NEW EPISODE 🎧 Beauty Currency 🤑💎🤩💵
It is EXPENSIVE to be a girl… you know that. 💁🏻♀️ But WHY?! Is it so expensive?!
Looking into my past, it’s insane calculating just how much money I had spent on’ maintaining’ my appearance (to a standard that I learned as acceptable). Especially, as girls today are starting to now incorporate plastic surgery into their beauty routines as regular as it is to get a trim, the price to be ‘beautiful’ gets more expensive and begins earlier. How could this be economically let alone mentally be possible??
To put it simply, it is learned. Politically designed by institutional forces for profit. Hence, Hello Beauty Currency! 💸
The average woman alone spends about $20,000 on cosmetics alone between the ages of 13 and 29. When you add haircuts, manicures, pedicures, tanning and waxing, the amount increases to over $40,000. Over a whole lifetime, the average woman will spend $500,000 on ‘beautification’. 😱 (This isn’t even mentioning the diet industry which was at $58 billion in 2009).
I’m only 30, but I can tell you with confidence that for me it’s already well over 50K. (Well over.) 🤑😇
Now, culture is one thing, and I’m not here to revolt against it. You can’t control culture, necessarily… (you know what I mean), but you CAN control your mind, and the way you experience the culture and it’s meaning. And THATs more valuable than anything you can ever buy with money.
Join me on today’s podcast as I talk about beauty currency and it’s affects on our culture, youth, and lives as females in the West. It’s astounding some of the things you may discover within your own story and see how it affects or has affected you in the past. Come on by babe! Oh, and the cost is Free ;)
With love.
This has been a long time coming! Talking about something that I’m deeply passionate about and is very personal to me. I’ve decided to create this Podcast called, ✨A Girl Should Be✨because let me tell you, I’ve grown up with a lot of shoulds, and I needed to create a platform of relativity for women of all ages to address the global pandemic we are all in. The pandemic of this beauty myth that is consequently a programming designed for women leading into major issues for young girls around the world.
I’m going to be inviting expert guests with paradigm-shifting ideas and perspectives,
as well as sharing the raw truths of my personal stories like trust me, there are some good ones because I don’t want to get into it too much now but it’s basically like I was made to shares with you...
with all of that we will discuss :
🌸 programming in young girls
🌼 cycles in a girls and woman’s life,i.e the body, and milestones,
🌺 maintaining your identity balance, and of course
🌸 ultimately learning to reach a state of self-love and acceptance.
A LOT, I know. But this is a great place to start with with lots of more exciting things in the future to come!
