Executive Disfunction. Augh.

😋 Friendly Reminder 😋

Neurodivergent people often have a much harder time with maintenance tasks due to executive dysfunction. This can mean showering, laundry, dishes, doing their taxes, getting an oil change, etc. Bathing less than daily or having an expired car registration or living with huge piles of stuff everywhere ("doom piles") - it's normal for us and there's nothing to be ashamed of. It's okay to be a mess and it's okay to ask for help.
