For those of you that have followed along this may come as a surprise or this may not come as a surprise. As many of you know, we also have a Less Talk More Work Facebook group where we are trying to build a high performance culture. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We read high performance books, we theorize over habits and exercises to be more efficient with whatever it is that each of us do and we share ideas about how each of us strive for more in our lives. Instead of the Facebook group being an extension of the podcast, now the podcast will be an extension of the Facebook group. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Our episodes will be round table discussions about the topics we are reading in whatever book it is that we are reading, this month is Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So for this episode you will be hearing a round table discussion with Josel, professional soccer players Michael Lansing and John Hollinger as well as medical student Matthew Busch, college soccer player Max Blacker and myself. ⁣⁣

On today's episode, Becoming Successful and Sustaining Success with Auburn Football Graduate Assistant Joe Moreno, we discuss just that. ⁣

We ask Joe what makes Joe, Joe. How he goes about accomplishing the goals he's set out for himself and what makes Joe different? Joe played Division III College Football at Trinity College and has gone on to coach at Harvard, Stanford and Auburn.⁣

Joe is cut from a different cloth, that's why we ask him what makes him different. What is it that has brought him to such success in a short period of time? We also talk about the expectations his co-workers at Auburn have for him, how Auburn Football builds their culture of excellence and how Joe "organizes the chaos" in a rapidly changing environment.
