For all those comparing Umer Akmal to recent cannoli fiasco
1) Learn power dynamics, making fun of your employee who has no power to even frown back and making fun of a celebrity is entirely different.
2) Umer Akmal Ka mazak us ki antics aur harkatun ki waja say banta raha hai. English was just one part of it. Umer became target of trolls due to his performance (lack there of) and his own shodian. Waera English kisi Pakistani player ki achi nahee. From younis Khan to inzimam to razzak, no one was made fun of.
3) Also Umer Akmal (and meera) Chose to speak English, they werent forced, nor were they put in a position where they didnt have another choice, The manager here was put on spot and forced to speak in English by his employer. It wasn't a choice
