I’m humbled and honored to have received the Joe Burr Bartram Lifetime Achievement award at this year’s Ocean Reef Club Vintage Weekend. But I hope I still have a few achievements up my sleeve if the fates allow!

The Joseph Burr Bartram Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to those persons whose leadership helps preserve and protect historic yachts. Bill Prince Yacht Design, Inc. is the leading naval architecture firm in the U.S involved in classic yacht refits, in addition to new construction. The award is named in honor of legendary yachtsman and superyacht broker Joe Bartram, founder of Bartram & Brakenhoff which was unquestionably the “Gentleman’s” yacht brokerage firm of the industry from 1967 onward.
