He is pursuing a PhD, has a Master's degree, and has an Undergraduate degree. He contested for a gubernatorial seat and aspired for the presidency in 2022.

He is an amazing teacher of the word of God, music and many progressive subjects. He is also an unmatched music producer.

Beyond the many things he is, Papa is a friend to many, a mentor and father to many, and a very fun human to hang around. Man Karis and many more others can attest.

Today I celebrate and honour you, Papa. Keep inspiring us and making Kenya and the world a better place. We love you. If for nothing else, keep showing the young generation that God prospers whoever accepts to be loved and to serve Him.

King Jesse dies fighting.

Famous Mara lion Jesse has died.

Born in the Cheli Pride, Jesse and his brother Frank left to takeover the Offbeat Pride in 2014.

He however, left the pride in 2016 when his brother Frank disappeared and has been living a nomadic life in the wild, fighting and avoiding fights with other leaders of prides.

He's well remembered for sneaking away from a half tail (a leader of another pride), who was just 10 metres away.

He crouched and left the location, successfully avoiding a fight with the pride's leader.

After roaming the wild and hunting by himself, the scarred yet brave Jesse was killed by Engoyanai males that are currently in charge of his former Offbeat Pride in the Mara North Conservancy.

He had literally done a 360 rotation in his life and succumbed at the paws of his kind on Monday, July 24.

DNA results placed Jowie at Monica's house the night she was killed.

Prosecutor Gakui Gichui said Jowie's burning of Kanzu was a plan to conceal evidence.

She argued that Maribe knew that Jowie had a gun and allowed him to have it in her car and house, where they had a young child.

Gichui linked Maribe to the crime, claiming she helped burn the kanzu, lied about a gunshot wound and bullet hole in their room, besides failing to show where else she was that night.

Kenyan Gospel Musician Janet Otieno was gifted a brand new Range Rover by her husband, Alfred Otieno in celebration of their 26th wedding anniversary.

The two met while singing in the choir at Redeemed Gospel church and got married in 1996.

The event was colorful, and the Gospel singer was short of words in expressing gratitude to friends and fans who prayed and gave them amazing gifts.

TRAGIC TITAN SUBMERSIBLE PRESSURE CHAMBER WAS LOST

Passengers in the missing Submersible are presumed dead, USA Coast Guard says.

"We discovered the tail cone of titan Submersible about 1600 feet from the bough of the titanic on the sea floor.

"We found additional debris and with consultation with experts from within unified command agreed the debris was consistent with the catastrophic loss of the pressure chamber.

"Upon this determination we immediately notified the family. On behalf of USA Coast guards and unified command system offer condolences to the family. We hope this brings some solace to the family."

Booker is a renowned scholar and seasoned media practitioner who has immensely contributed to the industry with skills, knowledge for over two decades.

Nominated United Democratic Alliance (UDA) Senator Karen Nyamu has asked national carrier Kenya Airways to stock all local beer brands to avoid denying their clients freedom of choice.

She said this after having to settle for country's popular beer brand Tusker by East Africa Breweries Limited in 0lwce of her favourite brand Summit Lager produced by Keroche industries.

Keroche industries is owned by Karen Nyamu's counterpart, Nakuru Senator Tabitha Karanja.

"I'm forced to take a tusker because Kenya Airways does not offer Summit Lager by Keroche industries which is my beer of choice.

"I demand that our national carrier Kenya airways supports our own by ensuring we have the full selection of local beer na si tafathali," she posted on her social media accounts on Sunday, May 28.

Kenyan photographer Denish Ochieng exposes Nairobi woman who masquerades as a person with disability to beg in the streets.

The woman who has been captured crawling with a baby wrapped on her back across Nairobi streets was found not to have any disability as she had made many people believe and sympathise with her donating cash and gifts to her.

The award winning photographer spent seven hours trailing the woman who gradually transitioned from sitting in the city streets, crawling with slippers in her hands and baby wrapped on the back, being assisted to board a matatu and uprightly walking to her Kariobangi home.

The revelation angered Kenyans, especially those she had duped to give her money in sympathy of her inability to walk and sufficiently fend for her baby.

According to Ochieng, the woman is just 9ne out of hundreds of con beggars in the city whom he vowed to gradually expose.
