Tracy Marshall - Tracy's passion, diligence and dedication have resulted in numerous awards, nominations and speaking engagements, centered around health sciences, education and women empowerment.
She recently received a "Global Women of Excellence Award 2023" including a Congressional Medallion in recognition of her continued years of mental health advocacy. She was one of twenty women recognized in Capitol Hill in Washington DC.
Prior to starting her own company, "Tracy Marshall Productions LLC" in 2017, Tracy held a variety of positions in education and technology including Director, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Fast forward...at the age of 60 (now 61), Tracy made a bold and brave move to enter the world of pageantry...marking the first time India participates in a senior pageant.
Peggy Fowler - Ms. Senior Georgia USA - Given the nickname, "GlamGram", by her husband of 55 years, Peggie is the mother of two sons and Grammy to four grandchildren. Her ambition in life has always been to give nothing less than 100 percent effort in all she endeavors to accomplish.
Since taking her first clogging lesson at age 42, Peggie has discovered, and eagerly walked through, numerous doors of opportunity. During the past 33 years of sharing her foremost talent, Peggie has successfully walked through many doors of opportunity. For this petite redhead, clog dancing is at the very core of her accomplishments in the pageantry realm. To date, Peggie's God given imagination, talents, hobbies, learned skills, and life experiences have contributed to numerous pageantry related titles on the State, National, and International Levels. But the most treasured among her awards will always be how she was privileged to share HOPE; A kind of HOPE that encourages people to smile, to laugh, and to awaken within themselves their own all important self worth and purpose in life.

We are the women and daughters of the “The Greatest Generation.” As Senior Women, we have nurtured our families, our careers and our local communities while surviving personal tragedy, economic depressions, Regional Conflicts and World Wars. We have been present while the nations of the world went to the unthinkable brink of Nuclear Holocaust. We are savvy, goal-oriented, wise and aware. We display these characteristics in our everyday lives, as people, and as humanitarians who always seek to improve the lives of others. As an organization, we seek to further empower Women of all nations and cultures to strive for equality, to achieve their personal best, to make real and meaningful changes and to individually redefine what it means to be a Senior Woman and role model to the communities of Women who will follow us.
