The Chief Elections Officer Keith Lowenfield has dumped over 115,000 votes from his elections results report on claims that they were not valid based on allegations by APNU+AFC. Among those allegations is that the names of persons who were dead or out of the country were marked off as having voted. His report would give the Coalition victory if it is not rejected by the Guyana Elections Commission. The allegations by APNU+AFC was described by a CARICOM high-level team as a "fishing expedition" and in this 2015 video, Lowenfield clearly explains why voting in the name of someone else was "just not possible."
