Took a trip down to Cartersville, GA 🍑 to check out my good friend Noelia Belman, founder of Pulso Fitness 🥊!

First of all, the energy in this room was WILD! From the kids training, to the adults perfecting their technique, to the coaches speaking life into their SOULS - THIS IS GYM GOALS! This is how we should be empowering our youth, this is how we should accept and challenge one another.

Not only is Pulso single handedly strengthening their community, but they're also providing a safe haven for those who simply don't have one. This is what DEEP IMPACT looks like.
