An Israeli airstrike kills Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah!
Erdogan, Hariri and Al-Sudani.. Leaders and politicians denounce the assassination of Hassan Nasrallah!
After confirming the death of Hassan Nasrallah, the Israeli Chief of Staff approves "operational plans" for the northern front with Lebanon and the launch of a ballistic missile from Yemen towards Tel Aviv and the activation of sirens!
The Lebanese Hezbollah group confirmed the killing of its leader Hassan Nasrallah in an Israeli airstrike on the group's central headquarters in Beirut today, Friday.
Hezbollah confirmed in a statement that it will continue its struggle against Israel, stressing that Nasrallah's killing "will only make the resistance stronger."
Nasrallah was appointed leader of Hezbollah in 1992 when he was only 32 years old, and over the course of three decades he transformed his militia into a formidable military and political force.
Among the possible candidates to succeed Nasrallah is Hashem Safieddine, who heads Hezbollah’s executive council. It is unclear whether Safieddine was present in the hideout during the Israeli attack.
More than 720 people have been killed in Lebanon as the 11-day-long heavy fighting between Israel and Hezbollah escalated into war.
How was Hassan Nasrallah assassinated?
In an operation codenamed “The New Order”!
The operation to eliminate Hezbollah Secretary-General Nasrallah was carried out by a series of air force aircraft, and the deadly bombs were dropped by F15i jets belonging to the 69th Squadron of the Israeli Air Force.
The 69th Squadron is a strategic squadron of the Israeli Air Force, half of the fighters are reserve fighters and half of the pilots who took part in the attack were reserve pilots.
According to the Hebrew Walla : In a secret and sophisticated operation, the Israeli army and the Security Council succeeded in eliminating Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah in the heart of the Dahiyeh area in Beirut, using advanced intelligence information and a clever fraudulent maneuver. On October 11, former head of the Intelligence Division, Aharon Haliva, raised the option of a targeted counterattack on Hassan Nasrallah, based on the advanced capabilities that the organization had during the Second Lebanon War. There was no idea where Hassan Nasrallah was hiding. According to sources in the security establishment, the political, intelligence and operational conditions for thwarting Nasrallah were ready on Wednesday. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared that things were going on as usual, and gave the clear green light to make progress in the ceasefire process. In addition, he decided to travel to the United States on his plane, as part of what was portrayed as a fraudulent exercise to “sedate” the Hezbollah summit that swallowed the bait, otherwise there would not have been a meeting between Hassan Nasrallah and Hezbollah leaders in the underground headquarters, the headquarters of the Shiite organization in the heart of the Dahiyeh area in Beirut.
Throughout the flight to the United States, security consultations were held on Netanyahu’s plane, and intelligence information was received about developments in Lebanon and progress in the readiness of the intelligence and air force to carry out an attack that no one would survive even if the Hezbollah meeting was underground.
The evening before yesterday (Thursday), the cabinet held a telephone session that ended at 4:00 a.m. Israel time. At 9:00 a.m. New York time, Netanyahu made preparations from his hotel room in the United States, after consultations with Defense Minister Yoav Galant, Chief of Staff Lt. Col. Herzi Halevi, and Mossad chief Didi Barnea.
At approximately 10:00 a.m. Friday, Israeli time, Netanyahu held another security consultation with the defense minister and chief of staff based on the intelligence he received. According to sources in Israel, the intelligence arrived before the speech at the UN conference!
In the meantime, the Israeli army completed preparations and raised the alert and readiness of the surveillance and defense systems, after which Netanyahu gave the go-ahead to carry out the strike.
The Israeli Defense Forces subsequently announced the killing of Hezbollah's southern front commander, Ali Karaki. Karaki had survived another Israeli assassination attempt a few days earlier.
Israeli officials and Iranian media reports also said that Iranian Brigadier General Abbas Niloforoushan, the commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Lebanon, was killed. Tehran has not confirmed this.
Hezbollah is a strong state within a weak state!
Reactions in Iran after the assassination of Nasrallah.. Khamenei: Israel is too weak to harm the party.. and the Vice President: We may send forces to Lebanon, but today Israel hacked the communication system of the Iranian plane that wanted to land at Rafik Hariri International Airport in Beirut and forced it to return!
According to the American Wall Street Journal: The assassination of Nasrallah is a strong blow to Iran and its allies and gives a signal that Hezbollah is completely pe*****ted by Israel.
Hezbollah has certainly developed itself significantly, and when the group or the party grows, it will be easy to pe*****te it!
The assassination of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah will have dramatic effects.
Hezbollah is a military and political entity that includes an armed force ranging between 30,000 and 50,000 fighters and an arsenal of missiles, cruise missiles, ballistic missiles and drones, an arsenal larger than most armies in the world, including European powers.
By killing the group’s leader and other senior commanders, Israel has weakened about 90 percent of its military leadership, and according to foreign media reports, its mid-level commanders, responsible for activating weapons systems, were wounded or killed in the coordinated bombing of Hezbollah’s pagers and radios earlier this month. However, Hezbollah is still capable of firing rocket salvos toward Israel.
According to reports, each Hezbollah commander has five people who would take his place if he were to die.
So Hassan Nasrallah’s death is a loss for the party, but it will not stop the party’s military operations and will not return the people of the north to their homes.
