How does Stress affect your Skin Health?
“Studies show that acute and chronic stress can adversely affect the overall skin condition. Stress is known to affect various diseases and conditions, for example, asthma, arthritis, migraines, and multiple sclerosis. Specially in skin, multiple neuroinflammatory conditions can be triggered or aggravated by stress, such as; acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, alpoecia areate, itch or Pruritus, and erythema.”
“ Stress can be precursor to other mental health disorders including depression and anxiety, as well as factor for premature aging.”
