Who here has tried Meta Business Suite?

I’ve experimented with various social media management tools, and while they’re all impressive, I primarily use Facebook and Instagram. That’s why Meta Business Suite (MBS) has become my go-to tool. Its features have made it incredibly easy for me to dive deep into social media marketing!

Christmas is around the corner and typically it's a cold holiday season. But being in the southern hemisphere, the season's totally opposite - a bright and sunny summer Christmas. So we do bbq's for Christmas.

I've also experienced a cool winter Christmas and it was great too! But if I were to choose between the 2 seasons for Christmas, I'd prefer a winter Christmas.

It's the start of November and we're midway through the last quarter of the year - time sure flies. I have had many ups and downs , especially with my mahi / my business this year.

This quote has helped me with understanding what I love to do as a profession. Starting up a business with very little work experience in the past - no previous 9-5 office jobs - but with the many help and connections that I've found online has helped me to get this far to getting clients through word-of-mouth.

With the everyday struggles, I hope that this quote will help you look back and acknowledge how far you've come. 😊💕

Having worked as a Virtual Assistant for a year has taught me the importance of project management - especially working as a team remotely.

As important as all the tools listed are important, the most important bit is knowing which platform is great for you and your team. I personally like ClickUp as it has a dashboard feature that helps me keep in track of tasks. Aside from work, project management helps with your personal life too - can be as simple as washing the dishes.

Ever since my University days, I got so used to taking notes - from textbooks, slideshows, and meetings. For years, I've been taking notes on both paper and online.

Recently with the many online meetings and VA tasks, I prefer taking notes on paper. Which then "translate" my handwritten notes online.

With the many things that's happening this year, all of us gets tiredly anxious over everything.

Funny enough, going through memory lane by listening to 2000's playlist, this cliché line is a great reminder that we should stop, recollect, and think - having a clear mind will help us reach that goal.

Aside from being a freelancer, I am also a Virtual Assistant (VA), and here are my 3 lessons I've learnt.

1️⃣ As cliché as it sounds, we have to remember that the world doesn't revolve around you and we have to understand that clients are busy too.

2️⃣ There's always something new to learn about, even if you've already know about it.

3️⃣ We've all thought that multi-tasking is such a cool thing, a cool skill to have but in reality it effects our mental health. Hence, project management is crucial.

It's no hiding that I'm a gamer, with more than 100 games in Steam 😬.

One of the games that I have played, Skyrim, has not only have beautiful sceneries and soundtrack but also has some interesting quotes.

One quote in particular has got me thinking, which pathway is better - one where everything is easy and on reach, or one where you learn from mistakes and do better?

Let's be honest, we all don't like our own selves at some point, which is normal. But is it attractive? I doubt so, and this effects our own work.

Happens a lot to me. Best way though was cancelling the outside noise and revise through the constructive criticisms. Learning from past mistakes will not only help you grow but you will see yourself be happier.

So therefore, we should be more gentle and understanding towards ourselves. Manage the way how we hear things.
