What's coming in Laravel-11?
The new update is more beginner friendly than before, Less Boilerplate, Less Confusion, Clear Structure for new programmer. Totally focusing on Minimalistic Modern Web Development. Good news for modern applications, bad news for old techniques.
➡️ AuthServiceProvider does not contain policy, it will work automatically now.
➡️ BroadcastServiceProvider is no longer there, now automatic will work.
➡️ Initial file app.php is now only 3 lines of code.
➡️ No ValidatesRequests Trait for validation.
➡️ AuthorizesRequests Trait is missing for authorization.
➡️ Middleware folder is not tied. The default middleware used to be created earlier such as TrimStrings, TrustHosts, TrustProxies are no longer there. Now manually add your Middleware as needed.
➡️ Kernel.php file is not there, if console commands are needed, it must be defined directly in console.php.
➡️ Exception handler class is not available.

CSS is now officially supporting nesting.

I think it's difficult to find reasons to use scss now.

The two important features which makes scss most popular (In my opinion) which css is supporting by default now are:

1 - Variables (which css supports as custom variables)

2 - Nesting (CSS supporting nesting as well)
