13 people connected with the Ole Miss softball program have confirmed that a Title IX investigation has been launched after allegations of an assistant coach had an affair with a student-athlete.

In addition, a formal complaint was filed in May stating that head coach Jamie Trachsel “created and embraced a mentally toxic culture... where she is responsible for providing an environment that values cultural diversity and gender equality.”

VT's OEA responded on Oct. 13 with its findings which stated that D'Amour wasn't in violation of the school's Title IX policy.
