How Many Breaks Do Retail Pharmacists Typically Get Within a 12 Hour Shift?

(The Answer May Surprise You)....

Okay y'all. My friends in the community pharmacy are fed up...

They're working overtime...

Short-staffed...

All while having to administer vaccines....

Answer phone calls...

Tend to their patients waiting patiently (or impatiently) in line...

Meet mountains of metrics....

All while avoiding detrimental medication errors...

The question begs...

How many breaks do they get while doing all this work?

Answer: Zero, Zilch, Nada, Nil, Naught...

My retail pharmacists need help...

And honestly, they need more than a break.

They need a way to spend more time away from the chaos and poor working conditions.

If this is you, you're not alone.

But guess what, there's light at the end of the tunnel....

It's called income diversification.

And if you don't know, now you know.

If you've been struggling with this and you want ideas to diversify so you're not at the mercy of the big chains...

send me a message.

Let's get active about finding ways to diversify your income (passively)!

Who is an ally? ⁣

Someone who makes the commitment and effort to recognize their privilege (based on gender, class, race, sexual identity, etc), and works in solidarity with oppressed groups in the struggle for justice. ⁣

Allies understand that it is in their own interest to end all forms of oppression, even those from which they may benefit from.⁣

Allies commit to reducing their own complicity in oppression of those groups and invest in strengthening their own knowledge and awareness of oppression. ⁣
