1. Da un paseo corta o larga por su vecindario o parque local y admire las maravillas de la naturaleza.
2. Dedícate al sacrificio del silencio al Señor reservando un período de 24 horas y tratando de permanecer quieto.
3. Lea las Escrituras en voz alta.
4. Memoriza las Escrituras.
5. Te sientes propio cantando una canción y alabando.
6. Muestre amor y bondad a los demás.

5. You feel your own singing a song and praise.
