LAKBAYAW 2023: In celebration of the Feast of Sto. Niño de Tondo, the following roads will be closed from Saturday, January 14 until Sunday, January 15, from 12:01AM onwards.

This is due to the motorcade event for the Sto. Niño de Tondo.

ADVISORY: Outer most lane of Magsaysay Flyover (Westbound, going to Nagtahan) will be demolished as part of its ongoing decommissioning.

Two lanes will remain open on the flyover while the other two lanes are also open below the bridge.

There will be no road closure to be implemented on the eastbound part or the area going to Cubao.

The demolition of the bridge is to give way to the construction of the NLEX-SLEX Connector Road.

HEADS UP, LRT-2 PASSENGERS!

Magpapatupad ng mas maikling operating hours ang Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) sa December 24 (Christmas Eve) at December 31 (New Year's Eve).

Mananatili naman ang regular na operasyon ng LRT-2 sa December 25 (Christmas Day), December 30(Rizal Day), at January 1, 2023 (New Year’s Day).

Ang mas maiksing operating hours ay dahil na rin sa inaasahang mas mababang bilang ng mga pasahero sa mga naturang okasyon. Layunin din nito na mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga frontline personnel ng LRT-2 na makapagdiwang kasama ang kani-kanilang pamilya ngayong holiday season .

Patuloy rin na ipatutupad ng LRTA ang "No Inspection, No Entry" policy sa mga dalang gamit ng lahat ng pasahero lalo na sa gift-wrapped items.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Partial lane closure has been implemented by private contractor DM Consunji, Inc. at C-3 Road Intersection in Caloocan to give way to the ongoing drainage installation in the area which started last December 10 until January 30, 2023.

The activity is part of the NLEX-SLEX Connector Road Project - Section 1 of the Department of Public Works and Highways.

It will provide an alternative to C-5 Road, EDSA, and other major thoroughfares. With this project, travel time between NLEX and SLEX is expected to decrease to 15 to 20 minutes.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Upang maisaayos ang daloy ng trapiko sa Elliptical Road papasok ng Quezon Avenue, ang Pamahalaang Lungsod Quezon kasama ang Department of Transportation at MMDA ay magpapatupad ng QUEZON AVENUE ZIPPER LANE sa Westbound na direksyon tuwing rush hour ng umaga.

Ang dry-run ay ipapatupad sa loob ng isang linggo simula bukas (Sabado), ika-3 ng Disyembre. Ang Zipper Lane ay magsisimula sa entrance sa tapat ng Lung Center of the Philippines at Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center, patungo sa ilalim ng Quezon Avenue-EDSA Underpass, at lalabas sa exit sa U-turn slot sa tapat ng Providence Hospital.

Ang mga motorista na patungo ng Welcome Rotonda mula sa Elliptical Road ay inaabisuhan na manatili sa kaliwa upang makapasok sa Zipper Lane. Sundan lamang natin ang mga Traffic Enforcers ng Quezon City Traffic and Transport Management Department (QC TTMD) at MMDA at ang mga nakalatag na traffic signages. Ang QUEZON AVENUE ZIPPER LANE ay bukas mula 6AM-8AM, Lunes hanggang Biyernes.
